Rooms are nice, the pictures are true so make sure you look at them. $ 16.50 for the pet fee. I thought that was a little steep. Breakfast room has plenty of seating. The typical fruit, Bagels, dry cereal, waffles. The commons area is very clean. Our room was clean and didn't smell like a pet room. We were in 112 I think top floor in the corner. They give you the little soaps and make up remover. It is an older hotel but I think they have updated a little. If there is a negative for my husband and I we felt the beds were a little uncomfortable. Maybe just us. Enjoy your stay.

Room Tip: We were on the top floor next to the road. Everyone has to walk by you to go inside. Get a room in the back.

We spent the night there to meet friends for group snow activities. The staff was really nice and it was a good location for us. The place is a bit dated, but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we overnight in Cle Elem again. It was a good value.

Older building you expect it to be run down and in bad shape, but it wasn’t at all! It isn’t by any means some fancy five star resort, but it is perfect for an overnight stay. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Any problems you might have they are fast to fix the problem. The water pressure is amazing and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and a nice atmosphere.

We should have looked at this room. Carpet needed replacing. satin binding was coming off of the blanket . Room very dated. While we were looking for just a mid range room this one in no way measures up. Do yourself a favor and look at the room you intend to stay in before booking.

Good overall stopover for one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Only heard the loud train early on in the night and didn't really bother us.
Hotel advertises free food (popcorn) in the lobby which we were looking forward to after driving a long distance and arriving quite late. We were told abruptly by the receptionist that she wouldn't switch the popcorn maker on as there weren't enough guests in the hotel to justify turning it on.
The hot tub was also broken and the staff had no idea when it would be fixed.
If you're stopping one night, it's ok.
