“Overpriced”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 May 2012

I stayed here for once night, thank goodness. It cost us about $333,way to much.We had to two rooms both directly across from the elevator. Sounded like people were talking in the entrance of my room. We also had the benefit of freeway noise being on the backside of the hotel. They need to work on sound proofing asap. The room was small. The chairs had stains so I sat on the bed. The bathroom floor is like walking on the home depot bathroom floor barefoot. It is very rough on your feet, like a pumice stone. so bring slippers or keep your socks on ladies If you don't want to mess up your pedicure. The breakfast is not good at all, just go to Jack in the Box.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in front of the hotel.

Got a great deal for this hotel on Priceline and enjoyed our brief stay here. Compared to other hotels in Burlington, you can't go wrong here - it is new, has a nice pool/hot tub, and is ideally situated right off the I5. It is next door to a Jack in the Box and Bob's Burger and Brew so you also won't go hungry or thirsty... The one negative is that it is an exit away from Burlington so if you want to be right in town it might not be for you. It does require a drive because other than the two food places above... there is nothing else there. I've stayed at other spots in Burlington and this has been the best by far!!

Very nice, modern, clean and comfortable hotel just off the I5 and not far from La Conner and the Tulip Festival that occurs every April. The room was large and had a very comfortable king size bed. There was a large flat screen TV, mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. The decor was very tasteful with some nice framed prints on the walls. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was pretty standard but more than adequate. All in all a very good place to stay.

I come to northern Washington about once every 18 months for business. I have stayed at this Fairfield Inn before and each time it is just as perfect as the first time. The staff is friendly and very professional. The location is perfect for the area. You are close to Burlington and just south of Bellingham and Blaine. There are casinos nearby and a great restaurant just across the parking lot (Bob's Burgers) that is great.

we like:
-east access from the freeway
-nice free breakfast and indoor swimming pool
-restaurants only steps away(jack in the box, bob's burger..)
-the room and bathroom were roomy
-nice and friendly hotel guests

We don't like:
-not helpful staff (we arrived the hotel early at around 4:30pm in order to request for a king size bed and upper floor room as we have a 23 months daughter and we liked to put her in the middle of the bed for not falling down onto the floor while sleeping, the staff told us "all are gone"-but the parking lot was not even half full yet.)
-floor tile in the bathroom was a bit rough on the foot
-cow dung smell all around the hotel and the area close-by
-the room had a very unpleasant smell of mint

Overall, this is still a good budget and Okay one night stay in this hotel.
