We were at the Woodlands for 3 days. On the second day Hurricane Michael made an unexpected experience and took out the power to the area. The staff of this hotel did the best they could under very trying circumstances to make our stay comfortable and safe. I have never been in a hotel without power before and now realize how much we rely on it. No elevators. Limited hot coffee. Irritable guests. All of that and the staff keep a smile and went out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible! Very impressed with their dedication and kindness.
