Allow us to reassure you our hotel is COVID-19 compliant. We have hand sanitizer placed immediately as you enter the hotel, we have sanitary wipes at the front desk, we have a large shield separating our employees and guests, all our employees wear masks, we have additional hand sanitizer place outside all elevator entrances & exits, each room is furnished with new plastic coverings for all T.V. remotes. We do ask our guests to wear a mask, if they do not have one we happily provide one. Per brand and hotel policy and in accordance with the law guests are not required to wear a mask when eating or drinking or if they have a medical reason such as asthma for example. We are aware of the rare instance of which you mention persons not wearing a mask and they fall under the exceptions of which we provided herein. We appreciate your tolerance of other peoples personal reasons for not darning a mask and further appreciate your understanding of the policies and laws in which we operate our business. We regret to learn of your dissatisfaction with the false impression we seem to have left you with. In all fairness we find your scoring of one star to our hotel to be very misleading since you did not consider the actual facts, nor could of ascertained them since they were private medical matters of another guest expressed solely to our front desk agent. Wherefore, though we appreciate your review, we find it extremely misleading and disturbing you would actually try to damage our reputation through this social platform which has such a large audience stating things that were either just outright false or frankly not in consideration of other facts which were personal of other guests. Nevertheless, we do wish you safe travels in the future!
