The Thai wife and I stayed here for a night recently. We booked it with the intent of only driving a short distance after leaving the Spirit or Tasmania ship before continuing to Gippsland next day.

Check-in was quick and easy. The gentleman was very helpful.

We parked in front of the room. It was slightly bigger than usual and impressed with everything looking reasonably new, clean and well designed. Everything worked, including the strong and stable wifi.

It was late evening and there didn't appear to be many dinner options available. However Google Maps showed a pizza shop about 80 meters away and we can confirm they do a pretty good pizza.

Breakfast next day was very good in the motel's restaurant. We had slept well, it is a quiet location but well connected on a main road and close to the A1.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Quiet location even though it's on Stud Road. Large room and king size bed and very comfy! Breakfast was very good. They were kind enough to let me check out at 12.00 instead of 10.00 am so I could wait for my suitcase to arrive from the airport.

Thanks Janette good to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and breakfast was good.
Not a good way to start the day when you arrive from overseas and your luggage went missing. Staying till noon was no problem, but good to see your luggage arrive.
Enjoy the rest of your holiday and hope to see you soon.

Room was exactly as per description, we had to ask for a rollaway bed at short notice and it was not a issue to the staff, they advised room would be cramped but I have stayed in rooms where the existing bedding made the room more cramped than this experience. Hotel was 200 m walk to get take away or eat in food options and fuel station an additional 100m away. Requested additional Towels and it was no issue and promptly acted on. Public transport( bus) at front door also. Plenty of things to do close by Caribbean gardens, Dandenong Market and shopping centre. Only a few minutes from Monash Freeway.

Room tip: Our room was ground floor facing stud road and it was not that noisy.

The location was convenient for us and the rooms were nice and well kept. I have 0 complaints everything was very good and we were upgraded to a room with 2 beds which was very lucky for us because my boyfriend wasn't very well. The staff were friendly too
