Really not worth the stay, reception staff not at all friendly or helpful, no lifts or ramps for people who are not able to use a large amount of stairs, staff did not mention this when ringing with a late booking, room was big and bed was reasonably comfortable, pillows cheap over soft with no substance, said on site and in compendium we had a mini bar but none in the room, the worst coffee I have ever paid for at the restaurant downstairs, bathrooms have very dirty grout (could be mould), absolutely no ambience what so ever, way overpriced, very very disappointed

I attended a business conference this is my first time at this venue full stop

It was a two day conference venue look old and cold, we were served coffee which was from a coffee vending machine you could have as much as you want, morning to you was just little tarts and a butter cookie, lunch they offered as the selection of different dishes pasta to Fish & Chips to burgers, steak sandwiches nothing really healthy everything we serve the chips.

Food was quite boring and tasteless, venue is so very cold

Stayed here during a work trip. Don't expect to get any sleep. The rooms are located around the restaurant, the noice from the restaurant is VERY loud, you hear people talking, walking until they close at 11pm. The walls are paper thin, could hear conversation so loud from next door rooms, television, someone snoring. OMG! Did not get any sleep at all. Very jet lagged so came back to the hotel in the afternoon to get a nap and next door room is renovated, sounded like they were smashing it to pieces. Receptionist did not really care at all. Cannot believe it.
Breakfast, nothing special. Outdated interior. High price considering what you get.

We stayed at this hotel from 4th till 18th February 2017 and whilst some parts of it could be doing with an upgrade the room we had was terrific, it was clean and comfortable just everything it should be, we had clean bed linen every day of our stay. When we ate in the restaurant the food was high quality. The staff were friendly and efficient, special mention and thanks go to Karyn she made us most welcome and was very helpful anytime we had a question for her, all in all a quality stay at a Quality Hotel.

I stayed here for a work trip, it was recommended by Colleagues as the best place to stay when visiting our Ringwood operation.
The staff member who attended to me was polite and friendly, I parked my car and walked up the stairs to the Foyer/Restaurant area and was a little worried because the decor was showing it's age, But once I entered the room I was pleasantly surprised by a room that had recently been renovated, and done really well without skimping, especially the beds and pillows, one of the best I have slept in, the bathroom was quite classy for a room at that price point. a good selection of pay TV channels was on offer and the included breakfast was really good, my only suggestion would be to reduce the coffee volume on the coffee machine of supply bigger cups, it left no room for milk or sugar.
If the approach the owners have adopted with the rooms, continues to the Restaurant and Foyer, it's going to be the place to stay for Business travellers visiting the area.

Room Tip: Go for a package that includes breakfast, well worth it.
