A Wedding Beyond My Wildest Dreams

Our wedding at Puerto Nuevo Baja Hotels y Villas was truly a dream come true! From the breathtaking location to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations.

The highlight of our experience was our wedding coordinator, Flor Alvarado, who went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made the planning process seamless and enjoyable. Flor ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our celebration.

Do not hesitate booking this venue! The package price point, beauty, and amenities make it an easy choice. We had multiple guests tell us it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they have ever attended. We are so grateful to have had our wedding here - it was truly perfect in every way. It was undoubtedly one of, if not the, best days of our lives.

A Truly Perfect Wedding Venue

We were recently married at Puerto Nuevo Baja Hotel y Villas and were completely impressed by the work of the venue. Everything was perfect. The location, the food, and the service is exceptional. The venue has an amazing coordinator, Flor, who is exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend this venue. A heartfelt thank you to Flor and her team for an unforgettable day.

Dream Wedding made possible by incredible staff and a gorgeous resort

After months of searching for the perfect wedding venue we finally hit the jackpot with puerto Nuevo Baja hotel y villas! The staff was incredible, the resort was clean, the atmosphere was perfect, but most importantly the resorts wedding coordinator PHENOMENAL! She made my wedding planning so much easier. I will forever be grateful for Flor Alvarado! Thank you a million times over. You made my dream wedding come true!

Won’t visit here again

Horrible experience bad customer service took 2 hours just to get towels in the room very disappointed staff was not helpful they were rude and I was not comfortable there no ac in the rooms it was hot and stuff and needs to update the decor it’s all old furniture

Pros & Cons

Pros: Very nice pool areas, beautiful grounds, pleasant staff, good rates, room condition was satisfactory, walking distance to Puerto Nuevo and grocery/convenience stores.

Cons: No AC/heat in standard rooms, beds were overly firm, pillows small and flat, no elevators so some rooms can be a hike, very low shower water pressure during our stay.
