Hubby and I went for our 21st anniversary. First I did not know what to expect. It was absolutely paradise. Pools were clean amazing, staff were very accommodating welcoming and warm. Rooms clean. These people are in so much need of everything. Toiletries, ect. If you do go. Bring what u can. Soaps flashlights, gum, tooth paste. We take so much for granted.
Date of stay: October 2024
Room Tip: Be prepared they don't have as much as we do. Water pressure is very low. Food was good. The view...

How do you say: Home away from home, in spanish? HOTEL MOJITO! From the first moment we arrived there we were treated like family. Ariel Moreno-Martínez’s Team checked us in late at night with a welcoming smile. Raquel Viñas Cepero was there to guide us to our rooms. Aldo was ready with a cold beverage and a handshake at the lobby bar! Each day we were greeted with a smile from all of the staff. The guest services staff made sure we never missed anything, the 3 amigos Ramon Cabezas Palmero, Ulicer Ramirez and Noel Montes de Oca are amazing. Lixander Palenzuela always had a hot coffee ready for me in the morning and an iced coffee at lunch and a great rum punch from Guillermo. The buffet staff are always moving, they do their absolute best to ensure you are happy, within their means. Yoana Polle , and Carlos Miguel Sebastián Portal and so many more. Yes Cuba has seasonal shortages and may have limited selection but you are never hungry. The El Malecon is great for a more quiet, and relaxed meal with Greyvis Romero Pimentel and Taismary Fernandez , where you can enjoy the sunset from the boardwalk. The entertainment staff want to make your vacation one to remember. Mandy , Mary , Sanin Dominguez, and Yoan Manuel Cervantes managed to teach me a few dance moves. The evening entertainment is always fun to watch, the dancers were born doing the salsa and it shows! The only sad part about the Mojito, is leaving! We look forward to being back soon!
**To the rumors that the hotel is closing. They are false. That the hotel is having shortages. Of course Cuba is having shortages all the time, but I never missed anything I could survive without.

Best place I've been to in my lifetime.
The staff are great. Our room was clean, the maid staff kept it that way.
The food was good and the staff at the buffet were great. Because it was September, there were skeeters and flies everywhere in the early morning and after dark. So come prepared. We found Deep Woods OFF and Muskal worked very well.

Since this was out 17th trip, we kinda knew what to expect. From the day of arrival we were spoiled by the staff. They are truely the best anywhere. They do everything possible to make your trip a good one. Ariel, Noel, all of waiters at the bar including Chico, Guillaume, and all the buffets staff did everything needed. Restaurant meals were all very good. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Already planing a return in late March or April of 2025. Would never go anywhere else!

Hotel Mojito is a nice place to stay. It has decent food and drinks. You will never go hungry or thirsty. At the moment I stayed all the systems worked properly. There were some mosquitoes which is common this time of the year, but we came ready for that. Rooms are not updated but are comfortable and have all you need, with comfortable mattresses to sleep, hot water, air conditioning, cable TV, and minibar. Also internet is available included in the package and it works inside the rooms as well. Plenty of pools, nice beach and above all, great staff. If you are coming to spend a good time and your are not too picky or high class looking for luxury, this is a good place to stay.

Room tip: Bring mosquito spray. If you have a favorite sauce for your food bring it too.

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. One of the highlights of our visit was the wide range of activities offered daily. The animation team deserves special mention, especially Raudelis and his coworkers Beto, Polito and others. They did a fantastic job organizing a variety of activities.
Overall, the combination of excellent service, daily activities, and evening entertainment made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. Thanks to the animation team especially Raudelis,I left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return on October.

My partner and I went to Hotel Mojito with another couple back in April 2024. This was my first trip outside of Canada and I was not disappointed. The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. The pools were clean. The food, although different than what we were used to in Canada, was edible and readily available. Not a lot of mixed drinks selection, but white wine and beer was always available. Spanish coffees and sangria's for breakfast was awesome :)

I would definitely recommend this resort and we plan on going back as soon as we possibly can!

Room tip: Breathe, enjoy and soak in the culture and new friendships
