One night stay, never visited portishead before. Great location, close to town and pub next door.
Lovely room, very comfortable bed, clean and help friendly staff.
Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Never stayed in Premier Inn before. We just need an economy hotel fir a two night stay while visiting family.
We found the hotel clean. Ample parking. No lift to firs5 floor. Friendly staff.
Room reasonably spacious. Ours was a family room. Bathroom with full bath. Shower not great tho. The heating was off in our room when we arrived so had to wait a while for it to warm up. We’d kept the bathroom door closed but later realised there’s no radiator in there, so leave the door open.
I was extremely disappointed with the bed. Premier Inn boast that their beds are exceptionally. Unfortunately I disagree. I had two bad nights sleep.
There is a Brewers Fayre next door to the hotel. Open all day. We only ate dinner on one night. There is a Waitrose close by and a Sainsburys if you only want a small cheap breakfast.

Great location for Bristol including visit to see Concorde, shopping in Bristol city centre. Hotel is next door to a connected pub chain and a supermarket was a short walk away. Please to stay there early next year.

Lovely and comfortable beds; clean rooms although the bathroom is looking a little tired; friendly staff; good breakfast and bar meal in the evening. Easy to find. Ideal for our annual visit to family!

Overnight stay en route from Cornwall to Leeds. The room was decent with all amenities expected at this large chain hotel. We arrived later than we had hoped and so didn't look for another local eatery. I had seen the reviews of the Brewers Fayre restaurant but thought that would risk it. I wish we never. It was a rather poor meal. The entertainment from the singing (out of tune) kitchen staff made up for it. the breakfast in the morning was better. But its never going to win awards.
