Karen and Jadine met me with a smile and any questions I had were dealt with in a manner that made me feel welcome and these two staff members are a credit to your hotel . Wonderful stay and I’ve stayed in many a Travelodge but my customer experiences in dealing with these two was first class and I can’t thank them highly enough.
Lovely room very comfortable and great service from the receptionist Karen very friendly and helpful could not have asked for a more helpful receptionist she went above and behond . Great places to get food and will definitely be coming back again when I am visiting kent .
I have stayed here many times, and I am always happy with my stay, Karen on reception checked me in, always pleasant and polite.
There is also a choice of flavour tea now which is wonderful, can’t beat a mint tea.
The room was fresh, clean and tidy!
The beds were amazingly comfy,as usual, it was looking much more improved than the last time I was here (2023). Lovely supply of coffee and tea. The bathroom looks clean and very pleasant the hand soap smells spectacular.

Couldn't rate the experience any higher, Travelodge has always operated good, clean rooms at affordable rates and our family has got used to relying on the chain for a good night's sleep but from Owen, the manager ,to Freddy the receptionist and all the team couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly which makes this particular location standout. The rooms are immaculate and service second to none. Rooms are spacious and functional and the beds are great for a restful night's sleep. Spent several days here as we've been before and decided to come again as all the staff and accomodation were equally great the first time and this time again the Travelodge, Gravesend was the perfect place to visits London, Kent and surrounding areas on a budget. Keep up the great work!!!
