We stayed here as a family in a comfort room . The room was ok but no fridge or kettle in the room . It was very clean and tidy as like the rest of the hotel . All of the staff were lovely and nothing was to much trouble and they were always smiling and seemed happy to work there . For myself and my family it was very convenient for ski practice and family fun . I would stay here again in the future .
Thank you to all the kind staff

Lovely spacious family room on two levels with a balcony. Skiing was good but passed on the breakfast, it did not look too appetising for the price asked. Headed to the very nearby by fast food franchise.

This hotel is very unique. There is so much to do at the hotel. Indoor skiing is amazing! The food in the establishments is so good. The staff was completely helpful every time I interacted with them. I stayed in this hotel for five nights and enjoyed every evening.

Room tip: Set aside some time for recreation! Lots of foot paths on the property.

Stayed here for two nights in a family room. Had most things required in a room like this. My only disappointment, for a hotel boasting 4 stars, was there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
There are plenty of places to eat in the complex and the children were well catered for. The bars had a number of good local beers. We didn't try the bistro but it looked like there was a good range of food on offer.
We skied for two days. On the first we finished just before 6pm. Really pleased we did as it got very busy around this time. On our second day the morning up until 11 was good and after 3. The period in between had a number of school parties in. Had a fabulous time skiing here and look forward to returning.

Good accomodation and well organized site to go for some ski practice. The 2 sloops are quite long. One minor thing is that the lifts are not fast so it takes some time. Overall a nice experience. Skis and boots are fore hire.
