Great value, great location. Staff very helpful. Accommodation small but clean. Lovely pool although a few more umbrellas are needed and some loungers need to be replaced. Music most afternoons by the pool - and sometimes was a little too loud. Went selfcatering - took a look at the buffet which did not look good. Location very good - few minutes walk to the town beach, 5 minutes to bus stop to go to big beach and a couple of minutes off the main strip / 15 minutes walk to the harbour.

Room tip: Rooms away from pool were quieter, patios in downstairs rooms were not very private

I Understand that people have different standards, If yours are quite low then go for it, If Your idea of a holiday is to sit at the Bar drinking and Smoking then also go for it, If you want a comfortable room to relax in, Nice food, Waiter service, clean and comfortable sun beds, electrics that work, furniture that keeps together, somewhere that you want to come back to in the evenings, a restaurant that you enjoy going to then keep well away. the place needs a total refurbishment, the sun beds should have been replaced years ago and the restaurant needs a chef and a couple of waiters. this is officially a 2 star complex although holiday companies describe it as 3 star, In reality I would suggest its one star. The staff were freindly but there were not enough of them, it reminds me of Butlins back in the 70's

Room tip: Stay somewhere else

I have just got back from a week here and would definately recommend it, the apartment was a good size and contained everything we needed. The only negative was the beds which were really uncomfortable.
The pool was very clean and the majority of the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The apartment is very close to the main strip which has plenty of bars/restaurants/supermarkets and shops. The beach is only a five minute walk away and is lovely but you do need to get to the beach early if you want a lounger (9am).

Initial view of this hotel was that it seemed a little worn but it was very clean. The staff are really hard working and helpful. Food was nice there was a variety of choice. Eggs in a morning were a little well done but no biggy! We asked for a fan and it was in our room within the hour extra pillows available on request. Drinks and ice cream available all day. Lack of entertainment is balanced by the great location which is a 5 min walk from beach, bars and restaurants. There is a lovely laid back atmosphere at this hotel. We would recommend for anyone wanting value for money.

Went during the 2nd and 3rd week of September where the temperature averaged around 28 degrees each day. Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 10:30pm on the first evening so we had missed the all inclusive buffet dinner but they offered to make us a sandwich which I thought was a nice gesture so got off to a good start.

If you are looking for good value for money then I recommend this hotel. Admittedly the food was a bit samey after a number of sittings but for such a cheap price I thought we got a good deal. Every day at every meal we got at least 3 or 4 meat dishes to choose from including beef, pork, chicken and fish and 1 or 2 vegetarian options so no real cause for complaint as regards to the choices. Also there were six different flavour ice creams for dessert including sorbet as well as various fruits and pastries available throughout the day.

As for drinks, the poolside bar offered all kinds including beer, spirits, sangria, white wine and also cocktails available all day between 10:30am and 10:30pm, many a "sex on the beach" was supped!!

Washing machine costs 3.50 euros, takes half an hour and if you are not on the ground floor you can leave you clothes to dry on the balcony (clothes airer provided)

Around 30-40 mins transfer time from the airport, 5 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to the main shopping strip on Corraleja.

So, if you are on a budget all inclusive holiday and don't mind visiting a family orientated resort then I recommend Alisios Playa,

Room tip: Higher floors feel safer so you can leave your clothes to dry out on the balcony.
