I have been dining many times around in Italy itself, both in the good rustic places behind the corner, as well as on the prestigious official occasions. But I cannot remember any meal surpassing this experience in Son Servera, Mallorca - of all places. The taste of every ingredient was a positive surprise in itself, and the sum of each dish a harmonic symphony where everthing played its part to the fullest. May you never slacken the effort of the kitchen, and never allow yourselves to grow out of the tightpacked, spartan and charming premises. This was really something different after a fortnight with more or less inspired spanish kitchen.
