I’m reviewing this from the rooftop pool on my last full day of an excellent family holiday.
I have been to this hotel on two previous occasions and will return again .
The staff including the entertainment guy John all did their very best to ensure our stay was very good.
The reception staff , cleaners , life guard ( who I witnessed saving a child ) bar staff were all a credit to Protur.
Brilliant . A big plus was also Rotherham beating Derby during my stay , this made the holiday extra special.
Come on you reds.

Had a lovely stay here. Hotel clean and spacious rooms. Entertainment on daily and each night although some dodgy acts booked but didn't spoil things.
Plenty to see and do as only a short 2min walk to beach front and shops
Food excellent and always a good variety to choose from
Only down side would be the hard beds and very soft pillows
For sun lovers use the roof top pool area as the main pool area gets blocked out as the sun moves round due to the hotel building

Lovely clean hotel, spacious bedrooms, food very good and central to beach and shops bars and restaurants.
Staff exceptional and so friendly, can’t fault them.
Small niggle, doesn’t get much sun till late in the day.
Would have thought this to be a design fault not the hotels as such.
This leading to not being able to dry swim suits and towels plus also leading to damp bedding and clothes in the wardrobes.

Room Tip: High floor

We travelled for ten nights in August with our 1 year old. Lovely hotel in a great location turn right at the front by the beach to take you into s’illiot, and left for sa coma. S’illiot was nice at night as there were lots of bars and restaurants on the front, and a market passed the bridge on some evenings.
Staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant and towards our little one. They even left a birthday cake for her in our room when they found out it was her big day. Lovely food, always found something different to eat. Very helpful too on reception when asking about local places to visit. We popped out to Porto Cristo, which was ten mins on a bus, and walked to Cala Millor which took around 45mins. Both lovely places.
Also ventured to the petting farm which is just past the big supermarket in sa coma. It’s free, you can just pay for food to feed the animals. Great place for the kids with goats cows chickens horses pigs and ducks.
Lovely spacious rooms. A few ants in ours (on the top floor too) but nothing to worry about. Maids were friendly and came everyday to clean. We were in c block directly opposite the stage. Good view of whole complex. The only thing that did bother me was the loudness of the entertainment, sometimes there was just no where to escape it if you wanted a quiet drink. Just seemed really loud to me. Maybe I’m just a bit more conscious now of noise having a little one, but she was fine slept through it.
Pool area was lovely lots of shade. Always managed to get sunbeds. If you were in a bigger group you might struggle to find a lot together, but on the whole there was plenty of room. Pool got a bit crowded, but it was 6 weeks hols. Kids were in the hot tub a lot which made that area messy. Didn’t agree with this, especially when some were rude to the lifeguard when he asked them to get out.
I went up once to the Adult pool and it was lovely if you want a chill.
Overall, Great place and would return again.

The first room we were allocated was first floor in the corner and very dull, ,but hotel moved us after complaining the second day. The hotel should have smoking and non-smoking areas due to people smoking near restaurants and pool areas which spoilt it for us non- smokers and children. The pool looked big in the picture but turned out to be very small. the only way we could see the pool in our first room was to stand on a chair. The staff was excellent and the choice of food was good.

Room Tip: Request a room higher than 2 level.
