Came here for a week with my children & husband in August.
Well a bit of mixed reviews really, unfortunately this is no way a 4* more like a 3*
The rooms are large & spacious but we had a problem with ants in our room and I’ve never seen so many mosquitos ( my poor baby daughter was covered along with half of the hotel from what I’ve seen. I know this is nothing to do with the hotel but just warning you. The cleaners are so miserable huffing & puffing when she came to clean the room ( maybe cos we were in our room??) When going for a shower beware because it floods the floor and can be very slippery.
We went all inclusive but I’d wished we hadn’t, the food wasn’t up to standards we had to eat out a few times.
I seen ants crawling all over the pastries at breakfast! Yuk
The plates were always dirty and the choice of food was poor.
The snack bar is full of flies and cold chicken nuggets with uncooked chips the staff at the snack bar are so rude and arrogant, you ask for a drink and they start talking Spanish to each other and laugh... I heard a few of the guests say this!
The staff st the reception area were lovely and so helpful so maybe they could teach the snack bar staff some manners??
The pool area is fab but goes very deep pretty quick so be carful!
Also you have to wake early to get beds but it’s like that wherever you go these days. There isn’t much to do here for the kids unfortunately...you pay all that money to come all inclusive , work hard all year to look forward to a holiday with husband & children to be so disappointed :(

The location of this hotel is perfect close to the beach, bars, pubs, shops, restaurants

Spent a week at this hotel. It is right on the beach and all the rooms face the sea. The hotel is the same with Excellence off and good facilities.

The pool area is great and that's usually a sunbed so long as you're prepared to put your towels out early. It's your choice coupons and the restaurant is good spacious with the phone strange of things you can choose to eat if you're all inclusive.

If you want activities you're right on the beach is parasailing, jet skiing, boat tours and much much more. There are plenty of shorts along the Main Street and even a giant supermarket about half a mile from the hotel which is worth a visit if you need anything.

Had an excellent holiday and the weather was exceptional. Will definately come back again in the future.

I really struggle to find how people can pick fault so much whilst on holiday. After about an hour transfer check in was very quick and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The hotel entrance is in between a bikini shop and a kebab shop, so not a grand entrance however once inside it's lovely, bright and to be honest spotless.

Staff work so hard keeping this place tidy, even the life guard collects the plastic cups form around the pool area.

We were on the 3rd floor as I requested this before arriving, we were also next to our friends who had booked with us. Views are outstanding, rooms large enough for a family of 4, 2 TV's, kettle, fridge, safe, the only thing lacking was drawer space and more coat hangers, but i didn't get to hung up over that (excuse the pun). Maid service everyday except thursday and sunday.

Restuarant food was ok, we ate in there every morning for breakfast and it was always good, plenty for everyones choice, drinks are served behind a bar but never had to queue. lunch time food was hit and miss, salad was great and pasta selection. i never ate in there at tea but our friends did a couple of times and there was themed nights.

Pool bar and snacks were good, nuggets, burgers, chips, sausages (chip shop style) early morning fresh fruit and sandwiches pre made. you have to be served drinks but i think i only queued a couple of times and for not very long drinks were served in hard plastic beaker type cups, not flimsy ones like i've had in the past. cocktails were made up and not from a machine, think there was a couple of choices, love on the beach was fab. The beer is ok, very strong as a couple of guests found out in the week, me being one on my first night ha-ha.

ice cream is Mr Whippy style served in small plastic tubs. You could also buy other icecreams and crisps from the bar too.

We booked into the italian on site which is included in all inclusive, it was lovely and defo worth a visit.

The entertainer was one guy who had people involved, was never to pushy either. if you are used to enertainment like what TUI have then you may be disappointed, but he did his best. There was some sort of entertainment on most nights from singers to a magic act.

Yes if you want a certain spot for sunbathing you do have to get up as early as 6.30am to reserve!!! and quite a few reserved were not used for sometime, so frustrating, as there was 8 of us we only reserved 4 and a chair. You should have to do this at all. towards the end of our holiday i noticed more and more beds free later in the morning some as late as 10! that was only 1 day though. I think a member of staff should remove all unused towels from beds after 11am and place them on a nearby table, it would solve the problem.

We spent a couple of the days we went to the beach as its so nice to miss, it really is stunning and the breeze was a lovely relief. but for an hour everyday i went down with the kids for a paddle in the afternoon.

We have been well and truely spoilt with this hotel, from the location, beach, cleanliness and how modern it is. it's going to take some beating for next year, who knows we may even come back if nothing comes close.

Room Tip: any above 3rd floor

I only rated this as average as for a 4 star hotel, i think that is about right. We did have an excellent time and met some really nice people. We have just returned and at busy times, there clearly are not enough sunbeds and hence the reason some go down at 6 to reserve them (and then not appear until much later in the morning). The food is ok but not as good or varied as other 4 star hotels we have been to. Some of the staff are very pleasant and friendly and some are not!!. The rooms are nice and it was good to be able to have our boys in one part of the room on the sofa bed, whilst we were round the corner in the main part of the room. The location is excellent with a lovely beach just yards away. One thing i must comment on though is what happened when someone was 'sick' in the pool. The lifeguard merely got a big net and fished it out and then came back with a bucket a few minutes later to get the rest! I am also not sure of the lifeguards role. From where he sat, he could hardly see the pool and he spent more time on his phone or collecting glasses. The dining area is very modern which some people may like, but others may not take to this and having to queue for drinks rather than being served. However, we did have a great time.

Mr. Lancashire

We are glad to konw that you have enjoyed your holidays in Sa Coma.

Thank you for all your comments, we want to let you know that your opinion is very important to us and we will take it in consideration.

We want just to comment the point in the swimming pool, when somebody is "sick" in the pool, the first thing is closing the pool, and after, the technician cleans the water through hygiene products and the filter, until the water has the correct analysis to use it again.

Thanks again and we hope to sse you nex time.
