We stayed as a couple for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The whole staff are friendly and welcoming; check in was quick and easy, though we did have to wait a while on our room due to the hotel being fully booked and it wasn't ready yet. Once we'd dumped our luggage we headed out to the main pool area to get our complimentary drinks with the voucher received on arrival. The pool area is immaculate and the life guard extremely vigilant, bar staff are friendly though perhaps another member of staff might be beneficial during peak times. A cocktail and beer was €10 so a bit pricey, crisps etc 1.50 but there is a supermarket within walking distance. The animation staff were always trying to get you involved in activities and there is a brilliant splash pool for wee ones with various things going on to keep them entertained. The rooms are modern and well-kept with rooms made up daily with fresh towels if needed. Only slight negative about the room would be if it could have a full length mirror. We had a junior suite which had a double bed and kitchenette. The shower and hydro bath were great. Beach towels, irons etc are available to hire and although we didn't use the facilities a gym and spa are on site. Location is central, Papi's Bar is across the road, good food, great cocktails and live entertainment. We also ate out at The Godfather and the strip is a 5 minute walk with Palma Nova close by.

We stayed at Aparthotel Rosa del Mar from 23.03.18, Friday to Tuesday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Victor and Christina on reception were always cheerful, helpfull with any problems, and advice. room, pool ...all areas really clean and sparkling. The heater in the kitchenette needed attention, and was fixed same day (Saturday). Food buffet in the restaurant was well presented and on the one night we ate in, it was very good. Didn’t spot the micro wave on the buffet counter until we left, so would be even better next time. A couple of the choices were not over constant heat, presumably to prevent over cooking.
Lovely beach at Palmanova sea front 5 minutes walk from the hotel reception.
Only there for a short stay so we wanted to eat out for the most part. Across the road from the hotel Bar Papis was always lively, we didn’t eat there. A few more steps over the road, in The Olive Tree sea bass was very good. Fifteen minutes walk Av Pere Vaquer (avoids the most hectic area of Magaluf ) takes you to Magaluf sea front, and Happy House restaurant on the beach front, which is an entertaining spot to watch the world go by, as well as the best value food with complementary sangria jug or large beer with many selections.
Further afield in Palma Bar Espana is well worth the effort if you like Tapas, 30 min to Plama by bus, (bus stop over the road from the hotel half hourly) and a walk to the centre.

Stayed here with my partner, baby and mother in law for three nights in March. We had room 208 and 209, both were very comfortable, quiet and clean.
All staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help you. All so welcoming and chatty.
Hotel is very close to the strip and the beach. About a five minute walk to either. Plenty of shops nearby.
Buffet food was lovely and different each night. We would definitely return if staying in Palma again.

My husband and I have just returned for a 5 night stay at this hotel

First impressions were good, check in very quick and very professional by Victor. He made us feel very welcome

Room nice, not large but big enough for 2. We were self catering and would have found it very difficult to cook a meal. Lovely for a quick cup of tea or coffee. The do provide nearly everything you need to cook most things and they provide a microwave, but of course no oven so you would have had to fry or cook on the 2 rings. We were on holiday so no cooking for us.

Beds lovely, bathroom ok horrible red sink but did the job. The shower was great, rain forest so lovey, you have to be careful when in the shower as if someone else above you uses the shower also water goes hot then cold could be very dangerous if you have children.

We used the hotel restaurant 4 nights, first 2 great the next 2 typical hotel food. Tasteless.

We found the bar prices ridiculous. One baileys and one glass of wine. 8euro 40cents.

Spa at the hotel but we did not use it.

Children have a lovely pool with 2 octopus in them with slides etc I'm sure they will be great if you have children.

The have a relaxation part outside where you can lie in the sun and relax. Lovely.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff.

Only one could be a little miserable, the rest were so good to everyone. The deserve a big thank you.

All in all a nice hotel in a good position for Magaluf and Palma Nova. Plenty of bars near, Supermarkets everywhere. They have a Tex Mex restaurant straight over the road , we did not use it so can not comment on the quality of the food but it did look clean. Take away a couple of meters away from hotel always busy. They also have a bakery on the same street. Most things at hand

Room tip: Ask for room on the top floor as I think in the summer the rooms on floor 1 and 2 on the side of the road will be noisy
