Hotel was very nice, though can only comment on the part we were in. Staff, especially in the dining room very pleasant and helpful. Advertises indoor pool, steam room and sauna these are all there but have to request them to be switched on for use 24 hours in advance (except pool) When we were there, there were only another couple of British people in our part of hotel the other occupants were all German. I don't have a problem with German people on the whole but the majority who were there at the same time as us were just plain ignorant, didn't even acknowledge a good morning or evening when occupying the same lift.
Food was pretty average, a few odd things included at breakfast i.e.cauliflower and broccoli, however unless you were fussy could always make some sort of meal.
Went to market and unfortunately my bag was opened and my purse stolen so beware!! The entertainment wasn't too great, the only night that looked promising was called of due to the weather, another evening there were 2 men dressed as women who asked first if there were any English in the audience and when no one put their hands up obviously said something about the English that the Germans in the audience seemed to find hilarious.
We were on the 6th floor and apart from the odd ant (which we could have brought in ourselves on towels) it was all very clean and not noisy. There were 3 of us in a room meant for 2 so we were a bit crowded but nothing we couldn't cope with just meant our beds were squashed together.
On the whole we had a good holiday.
Forgot to mention, at no time were we told where our nearest fire exit was and there were no mention of them in the room, we did locate them easily enough though.

Room Tip: the room we had had a pool and sea view this was room 627 it was on the very end so also overlooked the entertainment.

I didn’t expect lot of from Majorca hotels as been there before but I was pretty nice surprised.
Hotel looks like brand new, reception is gorgeous, bar and swimming pool was extremely clean.
Room overall very nice and clean- so cant expect more.
We arrive in very early morning – around 3am and receptionist, Bernard , was brilliant, looked like awaiting us and made our check in so easy and friendly.
So first hotel impression was passed. In the next morning we went for breakfast and was really positive feeling as dining room was so spotless, and staff very helpful.
The only one negative is, that there is no activities for kids- but wouldn’t complain as website informed us about it.
In Sum- we spent great time, hotel was perfect- close to the beach and no issue at all.
All staff was really friendly, did job.
Big thanks Guys for that

From the moment we stepped in to the room we noticed lots of bugs crawling on the walls. We asked the receptionist about what kind of bugs it was, but he completely rejected the idea of bugs in the hotel. When we asked him to come with us to see them he refused. We asked to switch rooms, but that was apparently impossible. The day after, another receptionist promised us that we could change room later in the week, and that she would make a note of it. That never happened. We slept with the lights on our entire stay. That kept them hiding for the most part, but we had to kill a lot of bugs.

The room was very dirty, especially in the corners and anywhere that you won’t see at a glance like behind the curtains to the balcony. “Cleaning” every day and fresh towels is a plus.

A lot of noice from traffic.

The reception staff wasn’t very polite or welcoming to any questions we had. Our last day the water was cleansed and we could not use it anywhere in the hotel.. We were lucky to notice a note in the elevator about this an hour before the water was pumped full of chemicals that would be harmful to our skin and eyes had we used the water. The note was in German and Spanish only.. We had to talk to the reception again to have them translate. We had to explain our need to shower the last day before our flight.. Received little to no understanding, but it was eventually sorted out. Gave us a very stressful last day 

The breakfast buffet was ok/good. Some not so clean plates with food scraps under them, but that happens.

The hotel itself was poorly managed, but it is a nice hotel that looks quite good. We had one of the big rooms, but I would consider it small. The area around the hotel is very nice and it is not too far to the beach which is beautiful. Everyone will assume you are German.

Room Tip: I would have prefered a room in the main building due to a lot of noice from the streets by the other one.

Me, my wife and our 10 month old daughter went for a week and we're unsure before we went due to some of the reviews we read. I can confirm that yes most of the guests are German but we had no issues with that, the pool was lovely and we managed to get a sunbed everyday. Check in was no hassle and everything was clean. We were concerned that our room was 501 on the top floor which was a bit of a walk with the pram however, the room was away from other guests so it meant we didn't feel concerned everytime our daughter shouted or woke up during the night. The room was on the small side (not a problem when you are just sleeping in it) it was clean and the cot for our daughter was great, clean and modern. The restaurant was very nice a wide variety of food for all tastes and the staff were excellent. Drinks and snacks we very well priced e.g bottle of beer €2.40 a glass of wine €2.80 and a baguette with fries and salad €5 .

Overall we had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I visited this hotel with my family and friends. The staff spoke English and they were very helpful and nice. Our reservation through a travel agency did not reach the hotel and therefore they did not have a reservation for us - even though we had already paid for it. The staff arranged us a room anyway and they were very understanding. The room itself was very modern and clean with a beautiful view to the sea! The pool was also clean and it was not too crowded. Food was delicious and inexpensive. The hotel was very close to the beach and shops. It is easy to walk or use the busses here so you don't need a rental car. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely like to visit this place again. I recommend!
