Had a great holiday with our three children. Booked with Thompson who were fantastic. The owners of the hotel were amazing and would do anything to make our stay the best it could be - they really went out of their way to help us - especially with car hire. Meals were great - all the staff were wonderful. Pool was lovely, Friends Bar was welcoming and just a 2 minute walk to the beach where there were chairs and brollies for our use. All together the most fantastic holiday. Thank you xxxxx

The location of the hotel is fabulous! 80m to beach and 350m to best water park in the country. It's right in the heart of Jesolo in a smart piazza amongst lovely ice cream parlours, pizzerias and gift shops. The street is pedestrianised and very family friendly. This is not a loud place with nightclubs or noisy bars with a drunk crowd. It's all about food, beach and people watching! Lovely atmosphere. The hotel is very welcoming and homely and good value. Rooms are on small side but to be expected for location. Dinner was always good and lovely specials and choice from main menu.

The only downs for us was the breakfast which is not the same quality as dinner. Bread rolls were tasteless and the tea and coffee were both really terrible. But this must be easy and not expensive to improve. Lots of people we noticed had brought their own tea and coffee in jars to the restaurant which we thought was embarrassing.

The owner and staff are all lovely and friendly and we would definitely stay again if they improve breakfast and change the tea and coffee! The buffet breakfast needs more serving tables too as queue was long whenever you went. The other down was the music by the pool which was very 90s. A few newer CDs please as could get a bit depressing.

If you have kids id recommend getting a fidelity pass online to aqua landia. You can go 3 days of your choice saving 50 per cent. It's brilliant there. Not only water slides and pools for all ages but about 6 different live shows to watch of Disney park quality.

Just returned back to UK following a week at this little gem of a hotel. Located in centre of jesolo approx 50 metres from the beach. Mauricio and his family / staff were absolutely fantastic and always helpful with any queries. Fantastic food with lovely special menu every night. Breakfast can be busy but is more than plentiful. Thompson holidays also ran some good excursions to Venice (day and night trip) is especially recommended. Claire was the ever helpful holiday rep and ensured bookings were easily arranged. We would recommend this hotel for the fantastic staff, the great food and the location.

Stayed here for 6 nights after a 4 night stay in Venice. Monica was extremely helpful in how to reach the hotel from Jesolo bus station.

Our room was classed as an apartment - there were 3 single beds and then a small room off with a single bed bed in, ideal for our teenage daughter. We had an enormous balcony overlooking Marina Piazza.

Extremely clean- never got chance to thank our cleaning lady but she was fantastic, as were all the staff. All the waitresses were very friendly and Maurice, Monica and Brenda couldn't have been more helpful.

A mention for Clare the Thomson rep, (we weren't Thomson customers having booked independently directly with the hotel) with who we booked a fantastic trip to Cortina and the Dolomites.

We were half board, the evening meal having a chefs recommendation each day, but an extensive alternative if that didn't suit.

There were free sunbeds around the pool and on the beach, not always the case in Jesolo.

A point worth mentioning, the hotel does not take cards so payments need to be made in cash.

Room Tip: Our room was no 2 overlooking the street.

A fantastic hotel, great value for money. Exceptional service from all staff- owner and family are just brilliant- they'll go out of their way to help. Hotel is close to beach and is right on the main strip.

Pool area is good with a selection of sun beds and deck chairs, close to the beach in which hotel has private part of the beach, only downside to the beach was they only had deckchairs.

Breakfast selection is a little small and very crowded but evening meals were amazing! A lot of choice for evening meals and again couldn't fault service.
