The entire staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We stayed in a junior suite (room 111) which was perfect for our family of three (1.5 year old daughter). Most of the hotel rooms have balconies facing town, but our terrace was on the back of the hotel wedged between the buildings. We didn't mind but you may want to confirm the orientation of your balcony if that's important to you.
The town center is a short walk. The train to Cinque Terre isn't far either (10 minutes maximum).

Thank you very much for the kind review, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Our Junior suite are always appreciated by the clients and and as you pointed out what they lack in terms of view they make it up by being very spacious and comfortable. We look forward to welcome you again amongst our guest - Best regards

We booked here months ago as accomodation is not easy to find at this time of the year. Easy walk in to town and 5 minutes to the railway station.mthe two receptionists we met were very helpful- we had a problem with our rental car and couldn't contact the company and the ladies dealt with that for us. Every time we had a query they were always pleasant and efficient
Our room was modern but small

The hotel is a great 3 star hotel and all rooms have a balcony i guess. We had a great room with a balcony so you can enjoy the view of the mountains around you. It is very close to the station as well but i would suggest if you have luggage then you should probably take a cab to and fro from the hotel to the station as the road has many uphills.

The staff is very helpful and they even were sweet enough to pack breakfast for us the day we were leaving as we had an early checkout. They even helped us plan our Cinque Terre visits.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Overall a wonderful experience

Room tip: Take a Room with balcony

We were a Family of 3 adults shared a room which was a bit tight but had a nice balcony and decent bathroom so was certainly manageable for 3 nights. Nice staff and lovely breakfast in the morning. Very well priced and quieter location. Recommend staying in Levanto vs in Cinqua Terra. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants close by.

After being in the towns of Cinque Terre for the day, it was wonderful to return to this gem of a hotel. Our room had a balcony,we were able to relax with a bottle of wine and snacks purchased from the grocery just down the road. You can also order from the hotel.
There is a short cut to get to the train station from the hotel. Less than a 10 minute walk. Levanto is included in the Cinque Terre train pass. The town is small but has great restaurants and shopping. The hotel has bikes and you can ride them through the old rail tunnels.
Breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Room tip: choose a room with a balcony if you can
