The breakfast was great but the room wasnt that clean. Our blankets have been not changed and the towels were dirty. Price is good and the staff welcomed us even if it was midnight and a half. The location was great... costiera amalfitana is great

Having read 'Trip advisor Reviews' prior to booking we knew exactly what we were going to get and it didn't fail to deliver!

Our room was mostly clean, I did have to run a wet wipe around to remove dust of our headboard however the room was cute with a balcony with just about a sea view and over looking the roman remains of a villa across the street (which is free to visit)
We had a on-suite bathroom with hobbit size bath, all tastefully decorated in 70's retro tiles.
We were worried about the road noise but as soon as it dropped dark the traffic died down and we slept just about okay.

The family, including the slipper wearing granny are a little on the sharp side and I am not sure I liked their manner but we didn't let it ruin our stay.
Wifi was hit and miss but it was free. They have limited car parking which we paid 10 euros for, this is the same price as street parking.

Breakfast was a treat for those who like cake, no real healthy options but still cake for breakfast!!
Don't drink granny's coffee it's awful, worst coffee we had in Italy, ever!

If you loved childhood holidays in the 70's and fancy a trip down lane, this little dated hotel will take you there!

Relax, benessere e sorrisi nel cuore di Minori"
5 of 5 stars4 settimane faRecensione scritta da Italia S

Rooms are small but clean.
Breakfast time is just 1h from 8h30 to 9h30 (if I recall it correctly) which is absurd !
Location is PERFECT, just next to the bus stop (which u have to take to go visit the rest of the coast towns) and a 1-minute walk to the Minori beach.
If you don't care about the hotel and need just a place to stay, it's a cheap choice.
If not, do not go there, I repeat do not go there ! :)

A nice hotel but very dated, in desperate need of modernising and updating. Staff very friendly and very helpful, cannot fault them at all. Area around the hotel is very busy but has lot of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of items.

Hotel Europa is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The owners are very rude, one of them frowns at guests and the other is always shouting at them. Otherl people praise the breakfast, but it is served only from 8.30 till 9.30 and there is nothing fresh, only sweets. Cleaning is only at 10-10.30. So basically, if you are in Minori to rest and don't want to wake up early, they will never clean your room and you will never eat breakfast. Checkout is incredibly early, at 10 a.m., even when there are empty rooms. If you need to stay longer, you have to pay for a whole day. They have parking space, but you have to pay for it. Rooms are very small and dated, no fridge. The hotel is next to the main street and you hear cars and buses parking all day (and night0 long). Bathroom is really old and the towels are the ones you use to wipe the dishes. For 60 euros per night, not recommended.

Room Tip: There are slightly larger rooms at the front but they are very noisy too because the main street circles the hotel.
