Arrived on a Friday afternoon, being a AccorHotel member check-in was smooth and friendly. Reception staff very welcoming. We had 2 rooms for 2 couples, both rooms in excellent condition and kept super clean throughout the stay. On the Saturday we put the "Do Not Distrub" sign on as we did not need the room cleaned. When we returned to get ready for the evening, there was fresh towels left in a laundry bag hanging on the door handle, thought that was a great touch from the cleaners.

Hotel is in a great location, just over the bridge from Red Cow where you can get Dublin Coach for just 5euros to and from the Airport. These operate every 15 minutes, 24/7. Also, this is the main stop for the LUAS tram, which is very cheap (7euros for a day ticket) and takes just 20 minutes to get into City Centre. These operate every 2-3 minutes with the last tram being in between 23:30 - 00:30.

Breakfast was really good and costs around 10euros per person. Only had it once. No problems. Iron was free to use.

I always use IBIS and never have any complaints, but the staff especially in this one were great. Thank you for the stay.

This hotel does the job, clean, comfortable.
The bonus with this Ibis is that they have a food and beverage unit within the hotel and deliver break fast, lunch and diner which is very convenient for the location.

I had break fast and it was a classic english break fast buffet, basic but good.

The location is convenient as it is middle way between airport and the city center and the tram station is just 7 min walk from the hotel.

At last but not least the team is nice and helpful. Special thank you to Rita (reception) who has been able to deliver a great customer service.

Negative point maybe is the wifi
re-connection.
Often it takes time to the server to recognise your device and to reconnect you to internet.

Very unprofessional behaviour by reception late at night. A phone call at 10pm to sort out some confusion on credit card.Should have been called in the morning,The 2 girls handling it were obviously worried about the mistake they had made in not recognising a card not accepted by them. Appallingly unprofessional for hotel chain. They were only thinly apologetic, guests were not priority. Girls during the day were brilliant
Had an amazing time in Ireland only soured by this one incident shortly before flying out of your country
Would never recommend"

IBIS is good value for the traveller who does not want a hostel or a B&B. I failed to get the receptionists name on check -in but, she was really efficient. Dealt with two bookings one after another before us and then, without drawing a breath, she dealt with us... and with a cheerful smile.
