I had been struggling for almost 2 years, having visited top specialists in the US where I'm based to resolve recurring symptoms. After countless hours and money spent on medical testing and appointments to no avail / "diagnosis", I was introduced to Drs. Mukesh and Vibha Sharma during my time in Rishikesh. They treated me like family and truly cared about my recovery and the improvement of my health. Within the first visit, Dr Mukesh Sharma diagnosed my issues perfectly without me having to say much and explained in ayurvedic terms what was going on with me - clearly, he was knowledgable and experienced. I trusted them instantly, and took their recommendation of a 10 day panchakarma process. This process truly changed my life and I left Rishikesh feeling like a new person, and more importantly, healthier and completely off of 4 medicines that I had been taking for over 10 years. They have been working with me since virtually (almost 6 months later) to prescribed natural herbal medicines and diet/lifestyle changes that have restored and revitalized me to energy levels that I hadn't experienced in a while.

Drs. Sharma are by far top tier ayurvedic specialists in Rishikesh and go above and beyond for their patients, whatever is needed. They truly treat you like family. They are very experienced and their recommendations / treatments yield results.

I would highly encourage anybody in the Rishikesh area to consult with them or consult virtually. Even if you dont have any serious health issues - they can and will help you to bring ayurvedic and holistic practices in your life. They truly have changed my life and I am beyond grateful for them. Thank you for everything!

I had a 7 days Ayurvedic cooking course with Dr. Vibha. She is an excellent chef and taught me lots of different ayurvedic dishes and the concepts behind the recipes and ingredients. The course was so convincing that I decided to go for Panchkarma with the doctors. Before I met them I had some doubts about it. Soon I realized that the treatments are intense and authentic but still easy on the body and rejuvenating. Dr. Vibha and Dr. Mukesh are very warmhearted and they made me feel part of the family.
I highly recommend both - Ayurveda nutrition and Panchkarma courses.

I went to see Drs. Vibha and Mukesh Sharma after 7 years suffering from a debilitating and mysterious illness that my allopathic doctors could not ameliorate. I was being seen in the US by 5 different specialists – a gastroenterologist, a neurologist, an immunologist, a pain doctor, and a chronic fatigue/infectious disease physician – and although they helped to some degree, each doctor had their own theory as to what was wrong, and they managed my symptoms using medicines with side effects that were just as debilitating as the original disease. Meanwhile, my life had come to a standstill; I couldn’t even eat or go to the bathroom properly. Then, when I started to lose my sense of touch, my doctors began to consider suppressing my immune system with steroids or IV immunoglobulins, and I began to consider quitting my career as an aspiring physician. I desperately needed help.

Within three days of my arriving at her clinic, Dr. Vibha figured out what it took my allopathic doctors 7 years to understand: my main problem was neurological. Then she and Dr. Mukesh worked with me from morning to evening over 10 days to rebuild my broken body temple, not just at the physical level, but also at the emotional and spiritual level. They didn’t just administer panchakarma (though that was certainly part of the treatment). They tried everything – and I mean everything – to help me get well again. They took me into their home. They fed me every day with healing, nourishing food prepared lovingly with their own hands. They taught me not just about the motions of yoga, pranayama, and the chanting of mantras, but the philosophy and spiritual significance of these practices. They introduced me to the intricate theory of Ayurveda, of which they have extensive knowledge. They got me to laugh and joke, and they allowed me to cry too. They treated me like their daughter. And in spite of the sheer number of things they included in my therapy, they never administered any of their treatments in a rush or with any sense of strain. They did everything with the utmost attentiveness, kindness, patience, tenderness, and love. In addition, they have stayed in touch with me by phone, even though I am now back in the US, to monitor my progress and continue giving their medical advice. Here is an extensive list of the treatments Dr. Vibha and Dr. Mukesh administered:

- Yoga
- Pranayama
- Full body massage with oil
- Steam treatment detoxification
- Medicated oil enemas for bowel detoxification
- Nasal irrigation with medicated oil
- Medicated oil eye treatment
- Head oil treatment
- Aroma therapy
- Diet modification
- Psychotherapy
- Sound therapy
- Astrology
- Ganga snaan (a bath in the holy River Ganges) and Ganga Aarti
- Rituals to ward off the evil eye
- A trip to Baba Neem Karoli Hanuman shrine
- Healing chants and mantras
- Medicines (or in Dr. Mukesh’s words, herbal correctives to take by mouth)

As a scientist and medical student who grew up in America, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had been sick for so long and had had my hopes of recovery dashed so many times that I almost couldn’t dare to hope again. But to my amazement and delight, Dr. Vibha and Dr. Mukesh have accomplished what my allopathic doctors could not. I am starting to feel better. Without side effects!

I am by no means back to normal. But it has only been 3 weeks since my visit to Dr. Vibha and Dr. Mukesh, and in that time, I have noticed many improvements. First, my sense of touch is starting to come back, and I am able to eat many of the foods I couldn’t digest in small quantities again. My energy is also starting to come back. In addition, I feel lighter somehow – at ease with myself and all my qualities, even the parts of myself I used to be ashamed of. I can also meditate again – something I have had trouble doing for the last two years, given that pain and nausea used to make it almost impossible for me to concentrate. I’ve also been able to stop taking many of my allopathic medicines or reduce their dosages with no ill consequences in my symptoms. Best of all, my hope has come back. I am going to get well. And when I do, I am going to come back to Rishikesh and thank Dr. Vibha and Dr. Mukesh in person for all their help.

In summary, if you have an intractable, mysterious medical problem that is robbing you of your hopes and dreams, please visit Drs. Vibha and Mukesh Sharma. They will change your life!

By coincidence my friend and me went by Divine School of Ayurveda and wanted to check out if we could learn about the Indian kitchen according to the Ayurcedic principles. Fortunately they had time to set up a three day course for us with some theoretic Learning as a start for each session. Dr. Vibha has so much knowledge - i would take a longer course if we had the time. Very precise and well prepared - also customizing the classes perfectly for us. The food was heavenly delicious and also quick to make AND healthy!!! All you may want.

The knowledge is so important with all the fysical and mental challenges we are facing in modern times. ALL will benefit in one way or another from taking a class - a course - and some advice from Dr. Vibha.

She is also quite wonderful and a Lovely company. We had great conversation and enjoyed every minute of this experience.

To mention some of the results I got from eating this treatment food:

- My stomach became good (from diarrhea)
- I am more awake : Get up early without an alarm
- back pain reduced
- More focused
- less inflated
- more happy

If you Go to Rishikesh this experience is a great investment in your time snd health.
