We have been ordering from wing zone for a long time now, until one particular night where it will definitely be our LAST! Due to employees who dont like thier job, who is stressed out and cant control their mouth, and who lies about a role in wing zone that she does not have. You dont have to be rude, your job is to have CUSTOMER SERVICE!! that did not take place at all and beacuse of that one employee your franchise has lost out on another couple of loyal customers. As a franchise if you know you are in a location where it will get very busy then you need to hire more staff or train your employees better to please your customers. Never again will we come there again especially not when my children are around to hear what comes out of your employees mouth!
