Culpepper is a tiny town and right on Main Street is Thai Culpepper. We didn't expect the food to be good, but we were famished after a whole day of trekking and went here after reading reviews. The food was really good.

They had some vegetarian options and they agreed to custom make some dishes for us. We had a great meal here. Would definitely recommend it.

There is no parking facility here, but it's Culpepper, you can find parking everywhere. :P

This is one of the best time meals my wife and I have had a very long time. We shared a large pot coconut chicken soup which was outstanding followed by a dumpling sampler which consisted of 4 types of dumplings 8 total. We concluded with shrimp pad Thai. While the décor is average, the food was fantastic and filling. The pad Thai noodles were very thin and the sauce was incredibly tasty. If we lived in the area we would return.

Great restaurant. I have to be in Culpeper regularly for business and it is always good to have a place with is open a little longer and serves great food!

Stopped by on a recent evening for dinner and had another good experience. Good, friendly service and great food.

Keep up the good work!

I've been stopping in for meals at Thai Culpeper since 2007. It is on business 29, about a mile from the main Route 29, about halfway between DC and Charlottesville.
Generous portions, wonderful flavors, friendly and efficient staff.
For the adventuresome, the Drunken Noodle will satisfy your spice urges.
They also provide a condiment spice tray to highlight other flavors.
On this visit, we had the fried calimari appetizer. They were the size of onion rings, but incredibly tender. (the result of the chef's perfect timing).
My wife had the coconut soup, with delicious flavors, mushrooms and shrimp.
Our entrees were the chicken pad thai - very fresh and flavorful, and the tofu in green curry. Both entrees were great, but more than we could eat at the time, so we had enough for another meal at home.
In the past I have had their beef pad see ew, which has a wonderful sauce and super tender beef slices.
Give it a try. You'll be glad you did.

Fantastic food at very reasonable price. Lunch specials were 12 $ It came with a very small salad and two hand rolled dumplings. The food came out fast! As soon as you finished with your salad the waitress took your plate and gave you a small, delicious cup of lemony, slightly spicy chicken soup. The second you put down your spoon from the soup, the (beutiful) young lady brought you a giant plate of food. Everything was amazing. The veggies are fresh, the homemade noodles are dense and delicious and the meat was tender and delicious!! There was so much food that my wife and I both had to get to go boxes! Find this place!! You will not be sorry! Peace
