By far, the best ribs In the Richmond area. Pulled pork was okay. They give you a lot of food so come hungry.

Sibley's BBQ is some of the best NC style BBQ outside of the state. Their rib sauce is also very good if you prefer the sweeter tomato based sauce. Other meats are worth a try if pork BBQ is not your favorite. Ribs and brisket are tender and sweet. The fried catfish is moist and flavorful. A wide variety of sides are available with the baked beans, mixed greens, fried okra and slaw being our favorites. Service is prompt and friendly. Don't miss the cobbler for desert.
Your eyes will be bigger than your stomach. Even the regular size bbq is big. When I go I get a salad and a bbq with slaw on it and it makes me so full. I have tried to eat the meals but am unable to eat it all.
This is a nice place to go for lunch or dinner and get a good meal. The portions are good and service is fast.
On business and looking for BarBQ establishments that are not chain stores and came across Sibleys. My associate and I ordered the Southern Sampler with sliced Brisket and Ribs. The Brisket was excellent, limited fat and very moist with a good hickory smoke ring. I ate most of it without any sauce! The ribs were delicious as well with good smoke and quite meaty. The collard greens were very good as well. The place was extremely clean and the help were great and friendly. I even bought a hat on the way out and will wear it proudly ! Looking forward to my next trip to the area...
