We had a fantastic time in our return. Last time it was August; this time a cold December weekend. But it doesn't matter when you go: the food is always spectacularly good, the rooms cozy and wonderfully appointed, the view a constant source of fascination at the animal feeders, and the ease of relaxation in the wonderful multiple living room areas comforting. We will go again and again.

From the moment we arrived, we thanked our lucky stars that we had selected Deerhill Inn over the many other fine B&Bs in the area. From the basket of fruit, cookies, and water in our room to the custom-brewed afternoon tea and cookies (and what cookies!), to the gracious, attractive bedroom and commons rooms (at least three lounges for 13 guest rooms!)--all was perfection. But I've saved the best for last: the gracious welcome by innkeepers and chef Stan and Michael included a free upgrade when they learned it was my wife's birthday; and the dinner and breakfast that were sublime. We're tough critics but... can't find anything to criticize. This was our first visit to Deerhill Inn. It won't be our last...

They thought of everything. From the fireplace in the room to the jet tub to the ultra comfortable bed in snowy white lace edged flannel sheets to the jazz cd's to the verbena soap to the rubber ducky, no small indulgence was forgotten. Thank you so much for providing a rare evening of peace for us!

p.s. The food was the best!

We recently celebrated our 37th Wedding Anniversary at the Deerfield Inn in West Dover Vermont. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing; this was our second visit we plan to visit again. The Deerfield Inn is a very clean, cozy and attractively decorated Inn, which is conveniently located in the Southern Green Mountains of Vermont. All quaint touches are included from afternoon tea by a crackling fire to the best dining experience you could imagine. Chief Michael Allen’s creations are the best, making for a memorable dining experience. We would highly recommend the Deerfield Inn.
