The overall experience was delightful. Most notable was the food. The appetizers were superb and the breakfast was one of the tastiest we had ever had! We would give the food a five star rating. It was superb. We enjoyed the intimate ambiance of the glistening bar where we enjoyed the antipasto and lobster pizza. In addition the bartender and the GM were so welcoming, being both personable and helpful, enhancing our stay even further. Even the woman who checked us in offered to assist us with our suitcases. We will recommend it to our friends and family should anyone be planning a trip to Vermont.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night as part of a two day ski trip. When we arrived, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and checked us in quickly and offered to help with our bags, which we refused. We stayed on a weeknight as part of a $125 deal with breakfast included. We stayed in room 5 in the main house. It was large and the furniture was homey. The bathroom was huge! It seemed like it had just received some updates. Although it was quite cold out, the outdoor balcony was a nice touch to this room. The property was beautiful and looked like a winter wonderland. I enjoyed the sitting room with the fireplace. It was very cozy. There was even a game room/library that has a keruig machine. We ate dinner and breakfast at Nonna's. The staff were extremely friendly and exemplified that well-known Vermont charm. Even the other guests here were friendly.

Room Tip: There website has several pictures of every room. I personal don't enjoy the rooms that have ove...

Just returned from a great stay. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Cider House which had a great fireplace, huge bathroom and cozy feel. Our room was upstairs so it felt a little more private. We had a restful night's sleep both nights. The location was perfect, as we walked to dinner and took a quick drive to Mt Snow. Also dined at Nonna's one night and the food was delicious.

Large, comfortable rooms. Lots of nice touches: bottled water and seltzer, jacuzzi tub, sitting area, privacy. Large community areas with a fireplace and library, coffee/tea/etc. great breakfast!

To check Inn to check out was a wonderful experience. The grounds are just breathtaking with views of a creek and forest and Mt. Snow down the road. The rooms are incredibly comfortable with gorgeous bathrooms. Love the feel of the common areas very cabin like...and a great place to immerse around the fire for good chats or just to relax and read a book. And NONNA's was amazing...every bite was delish! Top Chef meals for a Italian delight experience. I will definitely be returning and bringing lots of friends.

Room Tip: All rooms are great and some have fireplaces!!!!
