Went back to the Wilder Farm Inn for our second stay . Luke and Linda just make you feel so welcome. The rooms are great and the breakfasts are fantastic. We will definately go back again.

We discovered Waitsfield and the Wilder Farm Inn from a New York Times review on the area about five years ago. We have stayed here about a dozen times since then- our most recent stay last week. We just love this place! (and the entire Waitsfield area, the biking, the hiking, the skiing, the running and ohhh the restaurants!!!!) It's a special place to be. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the Inn is meticulously clean! Breakfasts are amazing! Coffee superb! The Inn keepers, Luke and Linda, go out of their way to make sure your stay is nothing less than perfect. They are such down-to-earth people we now feel more like family than guests.

Room tip: All rooms have their own special personality and appeal. They are all very clean. My favorite room is the Robin Room. My wife adores the River Room. Check the photos on the web-site.

I was looking for the perfect place to stay near the Sugarbush Slopes and I stumbled on Wilder Farm Inn. There are many room choices that were from traditional, romantic, feminine, and modern. We stayed in the River Room which I adored because it felt so much like cozy Vermont and the bed was so comfortable! I really enjoyed the story of Luke and Linda on their website and they are even more charming in person. They refered us to all of best local places to eat, rent skis, and places to buy maple syrup. The breakfast was amazing! All local ingredients...you can't beat that. The only regret I have is not having more time to stay but we will head back in the summer to take advantage of another season. Thanks for a great stay!

Best,

Megan & Juan

One of our favorite B&Bs. We stayed in the Cattail room, which was quaint, comfy, and with a nice sized bathroom. Luke and Linda were genuine, fun hosts. Breakfast was tasty. We had planned to do some snowboarding, but the snow was not great -- and instead joined Luke to throw some pottery in the studio. We had a blast. We also really enjoyed the common areas -- for dinner on both nights, we went to the local stores for some bread, cheese, and wine, and then curled up in the living room, in front of a roaring fire. Excellent!

The inn is very "Vermont county style" and is comfortable and cozy. The custom decor and pottery really tie the place together. We stayed in the Country Life room, and it was very cozy with a huge bathroom. Luke and Linda were very accommodating, and made an awesome, wholesome, organic breakfast each morning. It's close to skiing and not far from Burlington. Breakfast alone was worth the trip. We will be back in the summer for sure.
