This hotel is part of the Stratton Mountain ski resort. My wife and I stayed here for 3 days. The rooms were comfortable and there was an area to store skis in the room. There is a hot tub and sauna in the hotel. The breakfast was typical continental style not much different than other hotels. Not great but OK. There is a small TV in the room but we had problems getting any reception as their Comcast provider leaves much to be desired. There is a shuttle that can take you on the short trip to the resort village and has a normal rotation to pick people up for the return trip. The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced and the food average. I will be back to stay again.

I lol'd when I saw the "good enough" title of an earlier review. That's what I've been telling people for years. This place is a basic motel in an amazing location... a short free shuttle ride to the lifts. (It's walkable if you're in street shoes). Bathrooms were renovated recently, and the mattresses in my room were pretty good. Try to get a room on an upper floor... walls are thin and floors are creaky.
Breakfast is pretty basic - bagels, toast, tiny pastries.
Large hot tub so you can heal up after skiing.
It's not fancy but it's good enough.

Room Tip: upper floor. back side away from parking lot if you have to take a lower floor.

My son and I stayed for a weekend of skiing and ski racing at Stratton. The hotel is a little old but in a rather charming sort of way. The rooms are rather noisy. The beds are not very comfortable. The sheets are rather rough. The room heaters work well and are quiet. The continental breakfast is the same that one gets at other chain hotels. The price was $200/night which is a little pricey for this type of hotel. However, it is perfectly adequate.

Stayed here one night late September. Clean basic king bed. Good continental style breakfast. Helpful staff. Played golf at Stratton and Okemo. Not lavish but good basic lodging especially if you are not spending a lot of time in room. Rated very good because of location.

Celeste was fantastic. We had come from a horrible experience at the ECONOLODGE - DO NOT STAY THERE! And Celeste showed us several rooms for us to choose from before checking in ( was not going to make the same mistake I had made not seeing the room at ECONOLODGE). Celeste was very simpathetic to the trials we had been through and went above and beyond what was expected. She even gave us a deal on the room. We ate dinner in the restaurant and ordered yummy drinks -Freshly made lemonade with cucumber and vodka. Just what we needed. The food was great too. I had the steak and grilled watermelon. Sis had duck legs and the black pasta and chicken. The peach shortcake was delicious. I would recommend this hotel for their customer service, clean rooms and great food and drinks.

Room Tip: Go for the premium room, lots of extra space.
