Description: We love food - not just any food but great food! Couple that with outstanding service and we’re happy campers. Thats what we wanted to bring to everyone in Stowe! Not only are we a great spot for salad seekers and vegetarians but if you’re looking for some savory comfort food then we wont disappoint! Our goal for the cafe is not to be boxed into one type of cuisine. We love and enjoy different flavors and thats what you can expect with us on any given day.All of our food is made fresh using the highest quality ingredients so every bite is a delight and every person you meet will greet you with a smile thats genuine! Many of our Italian and Mediterranean dishes were handed down to us from our families that have been in this business for generations and we couldn't be prouder to bring them to your table. See you soon!Warmest Regards,Athena and Tim

The breakfast potatoes were super yummy. My partner was very pleased with her egg dishes. The smoothies were also very good. This is a location where you order at the counter and then they bring out the food for you. They were friendly and the wait time was very reasonable.

This is a very pleasant place. Salads are fresh and original; sandwiches, very tasty. Parking is sufficient but can be hard to negotiate.

Pioneer wrap - phenomenally tasty & filling (grilled chicken, bacon, avocado, tortilla strips, red onion, VT cheddar, and a chipotle aioli). Delicious served cold - imagine it warm! Tim's soup of the day - Caribbean coconut chicken - outstanding - sorry I only ordered a cup and not a bowl. Chicken pesto panini - delicious but the pesto was too strong tasty for our 8 year old. I loved it. Chicken Philly Wrap - fresh & recommended. This is our favorite place for lunch when in Stowe - low key, casual, good vibe, excellent staff. Great change of pace from the usual server waiting on you at a table.

The Green Goddess Grilled Cheese was yummy and fresh and healthy tasting with fresh greens. I also had one of the new cbd shakes with mango and cream. Delicious!

If this is your bag (counter service, self busing), then GG is great -- the food is cooked to order!! The photos here show examples of the plates.

Big blackboard that lists everything, so stand back, take you time to read everything.

We were breakfastites .....
After YOU get your silverware, coffee (sometimes if their not to busy, they pour), & condiments sit back enjoy the wait.

Of course there's take-out, but if you eating in, there are apx 5 tables and several window counters.
When we were there, 7 locals were having a 'coffee clutch' so be aware local like GG but get your table if their there.

A prior TAdv review mentioned tipping - it was suggested - and you did everything. Consider the tipping for GG kitchen cooks that did your meal so well! or you'll feel taken advantage of. Don't fret.

Be careful parking. Try to not park in front as it may be difficult to back out onto busy Rte 100.
