We used our Choice Rewards points to get a king efficiency suite for three nights. The spacious corner room was very comfortable and quiet. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bedding. The full-size refrigerator was great for holding all our picnic food and the local cheeses and other goodies that we purchased. Breakfast food was the usual for this level of hotel; I'm not going to touch the pre-fab eggs but I'm happy enough with toast or cereal and fruit.

Our only minor complaints were with the bathroom. There was no exhaust fan, and there were no towel racks or rods unless you count the shower rod. We like to re-use our towels, but there was no place to hang them to dry,not even a place to hang the hand towel! The decor was nice, but I'd rather have towel rods than a couple of framed pictures on the wall. The lack of a nightlight meant you had to turn on a bright overhead light if you need to go in the middle of the night.

Overall, though, we were very satisfied and would be happy to stay here again.

Room tip: Our corner room was quiet with windows on two sides of the room.

It really felt like a very low budget place. Clerk not very welcoming. Single elevator insufficient; I resorted to the stairs when the wait was very long. Breakfast food very uninviting -- I went to Starbucks across the street. Cabinetry and plumbing fixtures very low budget and shoddy workmanship. And no fitness room, wow!!! And-- imagine going to step into the shower to get ready to leave for a meeting and discovering that the shower curtain, that had been there the previous day, was missing! When I complained about this on way out, I was told that I should have called the front desk. Kind of awkward, considering I was preparing to leave for a meeting and didn't have time to get dressed and wait for this to be addressed. Answer should have been a discount on the room for my inconvenience, or something like that.

This Comfort Inn is conveniently located near the University of Vermont and probably depends on campus visitors for its clients. Unfortunately, despite staying at many Comfort Inns, this one did not meet the standards of Choice Hotels. Trying to check in was difficult as the clerk was less than welcoming, and seemed not to want to bother with details and did not offer the goody bag available to Choice members until asked for it after he gave it to others checking in. The price quoted was higher then their online price. The first floor corridors were not clean. There was one elevator for the entire hotel, also used by maintenance staff and it was slow. The rooms were nicely furnished and the beds comfortable. Unfortunately, when looking under the mattress, we found mashed food and dead beetles ground into the bed cover. Their wifi worked well. Parking was shared with a newer Homestead Inn and confusing as to where one should park. The breakfast was minimal with pre-packaged type pancakes and eggs. The morning desk staff was more friendly and helpful. It was a dissappointing experience.

Very nice property in a busy area. Close to UVM medical Center and UVM. Trader Joe's
on same street ( Dorset St. ) Several quality restaurants nearby . Motel itself is not
new , tho the outside area and lobby appear to have been upgraded. Rooms are clean, neat and relatively quiet. One elevator which can slow things down a bit. Staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Breakfast was a good
variety of hot items , with cereal, toast, yogurt , etc. Nice seating area. One breakfast minus....coffee dispensed from 'coffee machine' . Even a Keurig would have been better.
All in all , a nice property in a good ( busy) location. Would stay again.

Great place to stay in Burlington, VT. Close to everything! It is a little tricky to find where to park since it is right next door to Homewood Suites but there is plenty of parking! It is quiet and spotless!
