We stopped in here for lunch last week, and since it was a few years since we were last here, things had changed quite a bit. The main dining room is spacious and light, with both booths and tables. The food was delicious - the lunch menu is generous and we were not the only people taking home leftovers in boxes. There is now a Sushi Bar, which I think I had not seen before. The service was quick, quiet and polite.

Chinese noodles to munch on were very good. Steamed dumplings excellent. Entrees were very good - tempura shrimp and vegetables, mu shu pork, chicken and snow peas. Crispy Szechuan duck dry and overcooked. Ramps make it easy for walkers and wheel chairs!

Where to begin.....?

Our party of nine was seated on time. It went downhill from there. The room we were in lacked any noise reduction features (lots of bare walls and ceiling)...thus it was really noisy. Service was very slow, poorly paced and inattentive: my dinner (a sushi order) came with a tasteless soup and a iceberg lettuce salad featuring little more than iceberg lettuce. That was served to me before the appetizers. We ordered two pu-pu platters. They were comprised of heavily-fat laden and foods, including massive chicken wings that appeared to have been recycled through multiple other dinings, as they were bone dry.

Dinner started with two of us being served initially, only to have the rest of the meals served twenty minutes later. No kidding. Waitresses failed to check in on our meals or to refill water glasses. The meals themselves, achieved a reviews of poor to ok.

We will not be back.

We were looking for seafood options for a Friday night and decided on Chinese restaurant near our hotel. We were seated immediately. Picked a scallops with garlic sauce that was very good and hunan shrimp that was excellent. Prices with one beer each for two was about $50 with tip.

Have never eaten here but do take-out regularly. The food is always good and they are reasonably priced. They have a new sushi bar in the restaurant that looks pretty inviting!
