Everything was just fine. Received a very courteous e-mail regarding late arrival instructions, although staff was there when we arrived. Room was fine, and front desk staff was very informative and professional. Decent breakfast included, and room rate more than reasonable for a Thurs. and Fri. night. Very close to both Killington and Bromley. No complaints, would definitely stay again,

Room tip: Friday night Burger and Brew was a great deal!

a Inn
1. My first time to Killington and it was my 30th birthday gift.
2. Hotel smells terrible.
3. Hotel was very dirty.
4. Rooms look nothing like they were portrayed in the pictures.
5. Breakfast was not very good, and almost fell a few times on the greasy floor they obviously don’t clean.
6. The staff is very creepy, they told me they were sitting outside of my room in the middle of the night listening to my conversations.
7. They accused me of smoking in my room because they heard us talking at 2am about us saying allegedly “screw the hotel, we are smoking in the bed”… while they were listening to us at the door. ( we don’t smoke )!!!!
8. We were instructed to smoke on the balcony by the manager and of course on of our guest that we did not plan on having over that night did so and made sure not to litter put it out and threw it away in the trash in our room.
9. The guest directly across the way from us were out of control!. Harassed us at all hours of the night and were smoking cigarettes and weed in their room, through food at our door and into our room when we opened our door to see what was going on they tossed pickled and food into our hotel rooms. That evening when we returned they were waiting for us in the lobby and tried to fight our friends.
10. Housekeeping only change our sheets on one of our beds.
11. My friend’s make-up bag was missing with top of the line make-up in it, out of the room after housekeeping cleaned it.
12. There was a propane leak in the bar that had was very expensive and the food was gross.
13. They almost refused to give us an extra towel.
14. I now have over 500$ in charges add to my credit card and my friends that they refuse to explain.
15. The staff is rude and told me they don’t care they already have my money.
16. The charges have come from 2 company names that both have the same address.
17. Do not stay in a room with a balcony for the simple fact that they seemed to have been watching us and listening through our door.
18. You share a balcony with the entire floor. (Very Sketchy)!
19. I have had 4 days of charges since I checked out and none of them will be explained to me.
--this is the biggest scam! don't give these people your money they are unbelievable.

Stayed here on a Sunday night. A little drive to the mountain, but for $80.00 a night, all taxes & fees included, it was a no brainer.
Clean, comfortable and easy in & easy out, only a few miles to the Killington. Enjoyed the indoor hot tub and indoor pool and the "continental breakfast" was perfect, hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles, cereals, juices and coffee. Will definitely be back to the Cortina for a great mid-week price and comfortable stay.

We have been staying at Cortina for many years and strongly recommend it for its high level of hospitality and friendly staff, cleanliness, variety of unique amenities, pet friendly environment, and many new additions that make staying in the Mendon/Killington, Vermont region a truly memorable experience. The rooms are spacious and quiet. There are a fabulous pool, hot tub, and jacuzzi. A massage service is available, along with other exercise-related programs and equipment. One of the best features is that on weekends you can stay at Cortina and eat-in on burger night or on pasta night. Perhaps most wonderful of all is that each guest—kids through adults—can gather together for fun and fellowship in many different large open spaces and not feel cooped up in a room. Not only would George—but we’re finding ourselves—always feeling welcome here! It is a special place like no other in Vermont or anywhere else!!

Good rate for a clean and comfortable room. Killington was close by (Pico would have been right there as well), and the hot tub felt great after a day of skiing. The staff was very friendly and the hotel pub had some good local beers on tap.
