Loved the inn and Burlington! We stayed in the master bedroom and it was pretty, pristine clean and comfortable. Bill & Cyndie were perfect hosts and the location was good for walking around the cool town of Burlngton.

We stayed in the second floor suite, with a comfortable bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and small kitchen area. Everything was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is perfect for visiting downtown Burlington and UVM. We were made to feel at home.

Stayed in the suite and couldn't have been happier with it. It's really like having your own apartment. The location is perfect for checking out Burlington - we walked everywhere. The house's huge yard and gardens are a peaceful oasis within a stone's throw of a bustling city. The owners are as attentive as you need them to be, but we didn't need them for anything, so we had total privacy - which made it really feel like a home away from home for us. We have a toddler, so our choices for accomodations were pretty limited. While the suite cost more than we originally budgeted for, compared to other places and hotels, it had incredible value for the money. And we even stayed an extra night! We're looking forward to staying there again.

We were in Burlington for our 5 year anniversary and were lucky enough to stay here. I graduated from UVM and only wish this existed for my parents to enjoy back then. The bed was so incredibly comfy. The cheese and crackers, granolla and yogurt were an excellent touch. The room was comfortable, instantly, something you don't find at large hotels. The owners were there when you needed them, but the privacy of the guest house is wonderful. We enjoyed wine and cheese on our porch every night, and breakfast at the table the first day. The toiletries were all organic and natural, much appreciated, and the little touches here were well noticed. Big Fan. Thumbs up from us both!

My boyfriend and I visited Burlington for a weekend and stayed at 254 South Union. We both loved the guesthouse. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The guesthouse is really pretty, quiet, and decorated beautifully. Bill the owner was so nice and gave us some good ideas on what to do. We loved getting up in the morning and have fresh hot coffee outside our bedroom door waiting. We would sit in bed drink coffee in the morning and read the paper. I would recommend this guesthouse for anyone who likes to travel at leisure and have a laid back stay. We didn't need a structured B&B or Inn keepers at our service the whole time. We had a great time walking around the town, going for bike rides, and dining in the fabulous restaurants. I hope we get a chance to visit 254 South Union again soon.
