Been to this restaurant twice. Have enjoyed the bison, duck and even the meatloaf.

Excellent food, drinks, ambience and service. The cheese fondue is a great appetizer to share with your cocktail.

We were a group of five on a Friday night with reservations at 9:15. Our table was not ready yet (since the TV sportscaster Jim Nantz was lounging at our table) so we were asked to wait in the cellar area in a lovely leather seating area with TV. The owner was appalled that we had to wait so long (we didn't mind) and gave us two delicious appetizers while we waited. He apologized over and over and made it right! We got to sit at our table at 9:45. My only complaint about the evening was that we were seated at a booth for 4 with the 5th added at the end, so we were a little tight. The food and service were wonderful! We had the trout, bison, shrimp and duck. Each was perfectly cooked. The bison, so tender. The apps we ate were even better. Cheese fondue and blue cheese covered home made potato chips...to die for! We would highly recommend this place. Plus the ambiance and vibe were perfect!

This long narrow room is neatly arranged with table seating on the right side and booths along the left wall leaving one traffic lane down the center.Surprisingly there never seemed to be any noticeable congestion from servers moving about. Booths were separated nicely decorated curtains so privacy was enhanced. The ambiance is casual with a hint of an Asian influence (maybe that was the curtains). We arrived on time and were seated promptly. Wait staff was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. The menu was limited but was spiced up with entrees like bison which I enjoyed, for the first time. My wife had the halibut which she thought might have been cooked a little longer although she did not send it back. Our finding companion enjoyed her flat steak. The food was served promptly and at the right temperature and doneness, with the possible exception of the halibut. We had brought some special wines with us for the meal and the corkage fee was $20/ea - not unfair for a popular resort town restaurant. Therefore the wine list did not receive a lot of attention but I noticed several selections from well regarded California producers and a few interesting old and new world labels which promised to be interesting. It was extensive enough and offered some good selections "by the glass". Prices were an the high side, not unexpected for Park City with the signature entree priced at $48, other enticing offerings were found from the mid $20s on the low side to though out the $30 range for most others. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Strongly recommended.

Best to make reservations. Will accommodate large groups. Good food and the ambiance is very comfortable. Been there 2x in the past 8 years, each with excellent experience. Well established.
