Cheap, clean enough room with run down furniture but the beds were comfortable, the AC worked and there was a great BBQ restaurant a few mins away.

I think we paid $80 for 2x queen bed room and I'm happy at what I got for the money.

As a stop over, it works.

We needed a place to crash while we hiked in Canyonlands (Needle's District) and this place worked out fine. It was cheap and while it definitely wasn't luxurious, it wasn't bad either. It wasn't very impressive to look at, but the hotel was clean and pretty comfortable. The shower left something to be desired because the fan would blow the shower curtain into you so it would like wrap up your body and get water all over the place. You either had to deal with this or shower with the fan off and it quickly felt like a sauna. I just took very fast showers and it was no big deal. It was the most convenient place for Canyonlands we could find outside of the park.

The air conditioning needs to be turned on before you get to the room. It took at least three hours for the room to cool down to where I wasn’t sweating and a few more to be comfortable to sleep in. We also had to turn on the refrigerator. They lost our reservation that we called in and then gave a different price when we arrived. It was the owner’s son who gave us the information over the phone and when the owner checked us in when we arrived he had different prices.

The rest of the stay was fine. I could hear the neighboring room’s water running in the morning which wasn’t too loud but couldn’t hear voices which has been issues at other chain hotels. This is the cheapest place to stay in town and I had a good experience. If the air had been turned on when we arrived I would rate this higher but that fact that it was not is probably one reason this place is so cheap.

For a small town, this motel was nice. Looks a bit run down on the outside and the inside could use some new finishes, but for a place to spend the night on our road trip it was great.

Staff was friendly. Our room was at the back on a corner and was very spacious as far as hotel rooms go. Easily held all the suitcases and bags from the car and we still had room to walk around. It was fairly clean and we had plenty of towels and pillows.

The bed was very comfortable. The AC was loud and stopped working around 3am so it was really warm when we woke up - and we had to set it really low in the morning to get it to work and cool off again. No breakfast that we knew of, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The price was good and we’d stay again.

We stayed here on our way south, and had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, although it has seen better days. The pro: parking right outside the room, clean, no pet restrictions, microwave and a fridge. The only con was that the caulk around the tub could have used some TLC. The rate here was half of what the other places in town wanted with dogs, and we were pleasantly surprised. It's no Hilton, but you could definitely do worse.
