We escaped the California lockdown and headed to Midway, UT. Good decision. The best food we had by far was at the Blue Boar. The service is friendly and unhurried. The portions are massive. The selection is broad. I am not sure how they can do what they do in the COVID environment but they do. The wine list is satisfactory. The décor is traditional Swiss as fits the area. This place would be special anywhere. We hope to go again.
