We really enjoyed our stay there! Gorgeous view of the lake, very spacious condo and clean rooms! I would go again any time! My toddlers really enjoyed as well, they loved feeding the ducks from the balcony, playing at the playground close by and enjoying the pool!

Great place to stay we fished off the balcony. Lots of good restaurants nearby tailgaters for one had a very tasty blackened catfish smothered in crawdad sauce over dirty rice. The rooms were big and clean. We would stay again. We traveled to livingston and shopped for antiques. Sam Houston is buried there.

My wife and I just finished a wonderful week with our two grandsons at the Landing at Seven Coves. We booked our stay through the Armed Forces Vacation Club in a 2 bedroom condo unit. It was a great deal for the week! Check-in was speedy and our 2 bedroom unit was more than adequate for our weeks stay with our two grandsons. We were right on the water. What a beautiful way to spend your week having your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail looking out over this beautiful lake. The unit is somewhat dated and needs some sprucing up; however, the unit was very clean and well stocked with whatever you needed to cook a regular meal which is what we did most days and nights while there. The staff overseeing this property was on top of their game. They were very responsive if there was a problem and housekeeping was available to assist if you needed to replace something in your unit. Lot's to do around the property from swimming in their very nice pool, playing basketball and tennis, and even fishing off your balcony. We even spent a day renting a pontoon boat taking our grandsons for a tour around the island. What a lot of fun this was for all of us. There is a local company right on property called DNS Watersports that rents pontoon boats and jet skis at a reasonable price. The owner/manager, Andy was very professional and courteous and his boating equipment was only a year old. We had a great stay during the week and will definitely consider the Landing at Seven Coves in the future. Thanks again to everyone on their staff who made our stay seamless and very enjoyable. We will be back to see you in the future.

Room Tip: All condo units both one and two bedroom are right on and overlooking Lake Conroe.

The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, beds were comfortable, the view of the lake was wonderful. You can fish from your balcony if you like. The pool was also clean with the water temperature comfortable. Shopping was a short drive away.

The Landings is an Interval timeshare property located an hour north of Houston's downtown, so if attractions in Houston are your primary reason for visiting, be prepared for a lot of high-speed driving -- and I do mean high speed. You will spend a lot of time on Interstate 45. The property is well maintained, although the condo units could use some updating. They are, however, spotlessly clean. A new Kroger grocery is about 20 minutes away. The kitchens are well equipped if you plan to cook. They have an outdoor pool, a playground and small basketball court on the grounds. It is situated right on the Lake -- in fact your balconies overhang the lake -- giving you quite a view out your balcony window. If, like us, you have young children in the units above you, be prepared for lots of noise. These units are anything but soundproof. All-in-all, not a bad place to stay if you don't mind driving. It's about 90 minutes from Hobby Airport via the interstate. There are no washer/dryer units in the condos themselves, but their laundry room has three washers and four dryers. I believe it's $1.50 per load for each washer and dryer. The dryer goes for an hour for that price. If you are looking for a good restaurant, we can recommend The Hidden Gem. It closes at 7:00 pm though. The Pizza Shack and Leroy's BBQ are also quite good. The fancier chain restaurants are down in The Woodlands in North Houston, about 20 minutes away.
