This is an older condo complex but they keep it up and keep it clean. We have been at least 5 times and love it! You can fish off the balcony. Beautiful view of lake. Fishing piers and boat ramp on site. Full kitchen and super cold AC.

Beautiful setting and wonderful food in the little local town of Willis. We left something of value in the safe. Called back, gave them a credit card and they mailed it back to us immediately! What service!!
Resort did NOT have enough activities for those who did not enjoy the lake and boating. They did have a movie night but only 3 people were there. So not directors fault.

We traded a week thru RCI & paid the exchange fee. When we arrived to check in, they informed us of a water main break & we would be without water for one day, possibly two days. Not their fault, but I asked where we would go if needed to use the restroom?? Office staff said "we hope you leave the resort for the day & return later in the evening". Well, not what I really wanted to hear! They did not even offer to put us up somewhere else! We then proceeded to go to the condo & it had a very strong order in the room. Walked around resort & noticed that the pool is only open Tues-Sunday, and closed Monday! We were only staying 5 days & 2 of those days were without water and one without pool. Needless to say we left & went to stay somewhere else. Now I am out of a exchange week & out of my exchange fee, PLUS we had to pay for another resort.

The Landing at Seven Coves is a nice complex on Lake Conroe. We had a two bedroom unit that was a nice size and good layout. The complex is within in a neighborhood.

Check-in was speedy with friendly people in the office that gave advice of what to do during the week. We stopped in several times during the week and they were always pleasant and helpful.

The Monday morning information session was worth the time. We were given literature for various places in the area. The session lasted over an hour.

We also enjoyed movie night on two nights. Popcorn and drinks were provided. The guests chose the movie.

The television in the living room had the capability for us to use our Netflix among other internet entertainment services.

There was a pool, tennis courts, and basketball court close to the marina.

The condo had pretty thin walls. Fortunately when we went to the bedroom upstairs it was fairly quiet.

It’s a shame that there were no screens on the windows or sliding glass door. There was a nice breeze coming off the lake. A person from the office told me that they took off the screens because the AC ended up freezing when the windows were open.

The kitchen was definitely in need of refreshing.

If you are a fisherman, this is an ideal spot since you can fish right from the balcony.

Room tip: The two bedrooms are over the one bedroom units.
