I had issues with the hotel giving away my reservations and the hotel clerk showed no care about it.
I spoke to the manager about the situation and showed him that I am there very often sometimes staying three weeks for the month.
The manager was very arrogant and rude when I made a complain. He told me that I can take my business elsewhere if I did not like their service.
I am taking his advise and informing everyone from my company to do the same. Normally when I am at the hotel there are about 8 other people from my company with me since we are doing some projects in that area.
The service at the hotel sucks and after my encounter with the manager I realized why. It is because of the Manager and his terrible management skills and lack of concern for customer service.
I would make the same suggestion as the manager did to me. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER HOTEL. Do not make the mistake of making a reservation there.
Also the room temperature gets hot in the night since the thermostat is motion activated. You cannot get a good night rest because of the room getting so warm.More
