I would say the flavors are not bad but what bothers me is their food safety and how they care for food. I have personally seen over the years how they cook the crawfish in large batches and then lay then out on the sidewalk behind the building to cool and left for hours totally unsupervised. Just placed out side is bad but animals and insects to get into them. Have not eaten here since seeing this and would not encourage anyone to eat here.
