When in Texas, do as the Texans do! I am used to having access to great Mexican food in California, so it was interesting to try out the Texas approach to Mexican food. For what it was, we were fairly satisfied with the food. I consider Chuy's to be the Denny's or Applebee's of Tex-Mex restaurants.

The service was friendly and we were provided with plenty of chips, which we were lighter and crisper than standard tortilla chips. I tried the "Chicka-Chicka Boom-Boom" enchiladas, because it seems to be one of their signature dishes. It was good, but not great. I found both the refried beans and the rice to be a little dry. It was good to try once, but I probably wouldn't be come a regular customer.

I have been to this resturant several times and the food is always very good but the flour tortillas were cols this past time.

This is a fantastic Mexican restaurant. The food is fresh and hot and the flour tortillas are made fresh. You better go there with a good appetite cause they sure give you lots of food. We went there for dinner 2 days in a row.

Ordered around 6:15 via DoorDash and the order was accepted. ETA for pickup was about 30 minutes. My doordash driver arrived around 7 and waited and hour and was never able to get my order. This place shouldn’t accept orders they cannot fulfill. I’ve tried to patronize this place several times (hoping for improvement)over probably 10 years and have never had a good experience but it never happens.

Both Plano & Addison great! Good food & service, always go above service. Our go-to choice! Also very reasonable prices!
