We stay at the Lazy L and L every Father's Day weekend it is always very clean and well managed. We stay in our rv on the backside of the property right next to the river. It is a awesome place to stay! They have a store, tubes for floating the river and a shuttle service. I would highly recommend this park!

We had 4 campsites for 4 days at a cost of over $500.00 It would have been nice when we checked in if they had told us there would be over 200 Explorer campers and parents in the field in front of our campground. We couldn't keep their cars out of our campsite. Parent and kids walked through the campsite and even tried to steal shower tokens in front of one of the guys. Trying to use the restrooms was a joke with that many kids. Talk about nasty. This place could be nice but was over run during our stay. The campground is expensive. We were told on the phone a pop up camper was $30.00 per night and it was $50.00 even though it shared with a tent that was charged per person to be there.

After selling our beautiful 3000 sq ft house in Houston to explore life outside the box as a full-time RV family Lazy L & L Campground was our first stop. We arrived mid-February and will depart the end of April. We have truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it! The Christian owners and staff are very friendly and efficient. We have found the locals to be just as friendly & helpful. The campground is BEAUTIFUL and very well taken care of. We have enjoyed fly fishing, kayaking, playing horse shoes, hitting golf balls, riding bikes, and photographing nature. This place has quickly become my husbands favorite place to fly fish for trout. Reel Fly in Sattler geared him with all the essentials he needed. Our 8yr old son has spent more time outside playing & exploring than he ever has. Lazy L & L Campground is a place we look forward to coming back to.

We were looking for something at the last minutes and decided to book this place online from the site without reading the review online first.
The site was expensive but we decided to book anyway. Just like the last reviewer, the loud music started early and went on into the night. People were shouting and cursing at each others. There is no phone reception so we could not call the police. Their quiet time is at midnight but no-one is around to enforced the rules. We were there with our kids and they could hear everything from their tent because the sites are very close to each other. In the morning, we went to complain to the office and they don't seem to care. While we were there, another lady came by and told them that the group across from her were loud until 4AM. She told them to quiet down and they got even louder...
They do not enforce the rules ... do not bring your family here.
PS. The bathroom facility does not have any door (they use curtains) and very dirty.

My husband and I felt unsafe here especially with our children. The place seems family friendly at entry, but you soon begin to realize that it is not. There are many rowdy youngsters here looking for a good time. The loud music, cussing and general sense of crazy made us very uncomfortable and fearful for our children's safety. One of our nights, loud music began blaring at 1:30am, and it didn't stop until 6:00am!! The individuals in this group were shouting as well. We were too afraid to say anything to these people face to face, because we had no idea if they were drunk or on drugs. It was literally that disturbing. There was no one from management going around to help with the unruly people, and there was no way to reach them. We had our car keys ready in hand just in case things got dangerous. Tired and exhausted after two days of no sleep, we packed up and didn't stay our last night. If they enforced rules and monitored, it would be a pretty nice place to stay. If you are looking to come here with your family, please be aware of this.
