The location of this hotel could not be more convinent, right near to a strip of bars and shops which are all 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel itself was very big, main reception area and pool area was very clean and well kept, lots of bits to keep the kids entertained (mini zoo, huge performance area with decent nightly shows, kids club etc) however everything else let this hotel down.
First of all beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were scarce and not confortable at all. A few nights we slept on the sofa as this was actually more comfortable than the beds!
I found it weird that the shows (aimed at children who I would assume would be in bed) were on so late, 21.30pm every night and would go on for hours, very loud and kept us up. In fact there was quite a lot of noise, we could hear cleaners at early hours in the morning (motorised floor cleaners at 6 am) and one night I was woken up by the family either next door or under us screaming at each other at 3 am.
also if your planning on showering every day ( lets be honest most of us do) i'd like to point out that our shower gel and shampoo sachets (two of each) were never replenished during the week of our stay, in the end we went to the local supermarket buy our own, i've never been to a hotel, let alone an all inclusive one, that did not replenish the shower gel and shampoo.
Food was bland and all much of a muchness, I found breakfast enjoyable as there was lots of choice, however if your expecting lunch and dinner to be two seperate things youll be disapointed, same food every lunch and dinner, every day, mainly pizzas, squid and chicken (pizza admittedly was made fresh and was lovely, but rest was bland and mostly cold), food is obviously aimed more towards pleasing children or fussy guests. I will also mention that i've never stayed at an all inclusive hotel without having some sort of waiting service in terms of drinks, not once were we asked if we would like a glass of wine (soft drinks are available from dispensers) instead you were left a bottle of wine on the table but as the tables were only for groups of 8 (no 2 seats or 4 seats) it meant you were sharing the wine and the table with complete strangers.
Waiters seemed more interested in cleaning your plates off the table as quickly as possible to get rid of you so that other guests could sit, although not once did I see the resteraunt busy enough to explain why they would be in such a rush.
Perhaps the worst of all was the appauling attitude of the main man working on the reception (Other receptionists had been very pleasant to us) ,I cant speak of other guests being rude to english speakers ( which other reviews have mentioned) but the man on reception did seem to purposely ignore us once he heard us speak in english and instead decided to help either german or russian guests. He was rude and unhelpful when we asked were the bus service to the water park was he simply gave us a leaflet for the water park and said "in here" , not exaclty what we asked (we already had the leaflet anyway) but fine. Worst of this is the fact that when we paided for our safe key (four days at 2 euros a day) we gave him 20 euros, he took change out of the till but did not give it too us, when we mentioned that he had not given us our change he told us it was a 5 euro deposit (which we did get back at the end of our stay) but any mathmaticians will figure out from our 20 euro payment that we were still owed 7 euros, although we wanted to query this he simply ignored us and walked off. considering how much you have to pay extras in this hotel (16 euros for wifi in the room, it is only free in the lobby and only if less than 15 people are using it, extra charge for a fridge etc) im appaulled that they also trick you out of money as well. All inclusive in name only.

6 of us booked and we had a brilliant time. We were all upgraded to the newly refurbished rooms which were just lovely. Beds were great and really comfy. It would have got a 5/5 had their been air con in the room or a better, more powerful ceiling fan, we went in October so i can only imagine how hot it must have got in summer. The pool areas were great and really quite big, lots of sun beds too. The food was ok, plenty of choice just not great quality else this would have got 5/5 also. The free bar was great though, you could get drinks when ever you wanted and the measures were plentiful :) We would definately go back as the location is fantastic.

Wasn't happy with our room could see a thing from balcony only hear road traffic. It had a 3ft wall with soil and very large cactus.food is good plenty to pick form could be bit warmer at times. Pool area is beautiful and very clean. Rooms cleaned every day. Was my 2nd time going back doubt I will go back again hotel needs more adult entertainment and some live music. It caters for children very well lots going on for them. Staff most are helpful. Make sure you get 1 of there renevated rooms.

Recently visited park club Europe for 7 days. We had a wonderful time the staff were so friendly and attentive. Our room was enough for a couple and refreshed every day. Food was amazing a different theme every night. The only downfall was the entertainment in the evening, mainly for Spanish or German people. Although we could understand some parts wasn't very enjoyable not knowing what was going on. But as the hotel was in a good area there was plenty to go and see/do in the evenings. While we were there we found a family of cats living by the football courts which was lovely to see as people had obviously been bringing them food water and milk. All in all lovely grounds lovely staff and lovely holiday! Thank you park Europe!
