On the whole the holiday was fabulous and the free access to Siam Park is a Brucey Bonus! The staff are amazingly hard working, helpful and lovely. The resort is clean and the food beautiful.

Room Tip: We stayed in the luxury apartment which were worth the extra money, we got bathrooms, beach towels, fruit and water thrown in which was nic

We arrived with mixed feelings due to previous reviews, no need to worry, we were given lovely spacious rooms with gardens that backed onto the golf course. The food at the hotel is very nice (especially the breakfast) and most nights are themed we liked the mexican night.. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us. They were very good with the children, and nothing was too much trouble. Previous reviews complained about the size of the drinking glasses, we asked at the bar for large glasses and were given these straight away. The small glasses are for the children to help themselves to drinks throughout the day. The walk down to the beach front is frequented by the ladies of the night, but we saw no sign of this in the daytime. If in doubt use the free bus the hotel provides, we used this occasionally and it is very reliable.
Siam water park is a must, and the hotel gave us all packed lunches to take, we were allowed to take these in with us with no problem. We were a group of ten people ranging from the ages of 56 down to 2 years and the hotel was great for all. One slight fault was the small play area for the little children, this was sometimes used by teenagers hanging around, but when we asked them to move on so the small children could play they did. The hotel entertainment was average, the food was good, and the rooms were lovely as was the weather. Dont worry about the bad reviews your holiday is what you make it and we had a great time

We arrived in Tenerife and was very excited, however my poor 2 year old boy broke out in chicken pox. The first thing i thought was i would be confined to my room and my poor little boy would have to suffer with chicken pox and the high Tenerife Temperatures. After paying for a private medical assessment the Doctor issued me with a fit to fly certificate as the spot were not infectious. The hotel staff were really helpful and majority of families i spoke to were friendly with regards to the situation of chicken pox. I was relieved my baby boy did not have to remain indoors, as for the less intellectual guests chicken pox has an incubation period of 10 days prior to the outbreak of spots and in simple terms this means they are not infectious once they have broke out! We also had air conditioning in our room as we paid a fee, this was lovely for my boy and also for comfort at night times.

The hotel was very clean and well presented as other guest have mentioned, it is 3 star but a very nice 3 star. The food is nice every single meal i had i really enjoyed, its is not 5 star presentation but fresh and well cooked. The waiters/waitresses are very attentive and clean up immediatley as you finish. I have read that there were pigeons in the comnplex eating off the tables, what utter rubbish, i was in the dinning area when one pigeon did fly onto a table this was a one time event and was quickly sorted by the staff. I have no complaints what so ever about the cleanliness of the dinning area.

Many of the guests were very pleasant and just because people had some tatoos it really didn't mean they were Chavs, the complex was very quiet after 11pm which suited us.

I think people who have left poor feedback are people expecting 5 star all inclusive, well it isn't but is very nice. The pool is lovely and you can get a sunbed around 8am, it is astro turfed which is fantastic for children running around the pool. If you want 5 star then you will have to pay 5 star prices people!

Everthing about this Hotel is just lovely, The Apartments are Beautifull, we had a 2 bedroom with Kitchen, big fridge freezer, cooker, microwave & kettle ect. Dining area, sofas & 2 bathrooms. There is a balcony upstairs & you have your own Patio area downstairs with sunloungers. We were all inclusive & the food was lovely, they do themed nights on food Mexican, Italian, Chinese ect Some people were moaning about the food but there was a good choice to suit everyone even the children. Also snacks, drinks & icecreams are provided from 11am untill 11pm. The entertainment was basic but good. George & Gabby are great fun & the children love them. They also do poolside entertainment thoughout the day. Keep up the good work you 2 you are doing a brilliant job. All the staff were realy lovely & very friendly, nothing is a problem to them. The Pool area is very nice, plenty of sun loungers. The pool is a little bit on the deep side so keep an eye on little ones, there is a life gaurd on duty & also a nice Jacuzzi to sit in for non swimmers like me. The Hotel is a little bit out of the way but worth it. You can walk to the beach, shops ect about 20mins but not reccomeded after dark. Most taxis we got were only 5euros. A vist to Siam park is a must its brilliant & is only 10 mins from hotel. :-)

Just returned from 2 weeks at this resort. This is a 3 star hotel, so don't expect 4 or 5 star service as it seems some guests did. As per Paradise review said "want Champagne on a white wine budget", summed up some people we had the misfortune of speaking too. The apartments are divided into 1 bedroom and 2 put-me up beds in the living room. For our kids who hate sharing a double bed with each other and beinh in one hotel room with their parents, this was heaven for them. They are 11 and 7 and enjoyed the day and night time entertainment. As it is a small complex with only 1 entrance/exit, the children were able to wander without much worry, during the gaps in entertainment. For the size of the complex (circa 120 rooms), the pool is an adequate size. The food is basic (chicken, veal, fish, potatoes, salads), but their is plenty of choice.
Our kids loved it and had a whale of a time, which meant we could relax and soak up the sun.
You will see reviews where people complain about the food & Drink, but in my eyes you get what you pay for. If you want a la carte, pay more and go to a 4 star or 5 star. If you are a fussy eater you may be better to take a self catering option.
We would have no problem returning to this hotel again.
