This hotel was very geared up for Spanish, German and Russian people, NOT british this time of year. Food was ok for first 3 nights, same stuff over and over. Pool area was ok but same faces was queued up every morning b4 9am claiming beds and umberella when the hotel only had 8 for the full pool area. Spanish entertainment on every night and also kids activities was in Spanish, had my 4 year old niece with me and she could not join in on anything throughout the whole holiday. This hotel was not with what we paid, recommend H10 Delfin Park, which we visited during our holiday.

Just back from 1 week in this lovely hotel after a trip with thomson travel agent.

Firstly this location is one of the best. 2 minutes walk straight onto the beach, very quiet location however it is just off the busy nightlife street where some of the main irish bars (danny boy) and late bars (007) are situated.

All common areas and facilities were very nice and kept extremely clean. Hallways at bedroom level were carpet keeping things quiet. Bedrooms were air-conditioned and of a decent size with sizeable bathroom, powerful shower, always hot water. Maid everyday to clean room and change towels. Beds could be a little more comfy, but they are what you expect for tourist areas. We had a room with a pool view - very nice and sun on balcony from midday - however with pool view expect noise until about 12:30 at night due to the entertainment.

Hotel seemed to have a mix of russians, dutch, germans, english and irish.

Staff friendly and helpful. one negative we had was the management of staff- especially those working in restaurant appeared to be there from breakfast at 7:30 am until late evening after dinner. Spain has 26% unemployment the hotels could employee more people and not have them working all day (even if they do have breaks between the 3 meal times! Not a point to turn people away but maybe managers reading this might take note if we have gotten our interpretation correct.

Food selection was good and catered for all nationality, however the quality has room to improve.

Apart from that the hotels quiet location and cleanliness with large pool area and entertainment for adults and kids made it a very nice trip.

Room Tip: Pool views are sunny with nicer balcony!

Just back from a 5 night stay at the Salou Princess hotel was a good location with easy access to the Beach, Bars and Shopping, the rooms are a nice good size how ever the mini fridge in our room someone had obviously stored chocolate and this had melted onto the floor you would have to open the door to see it but for the 5 days this was never noticed by house keeping, also the sheets where changed on our beds but the pillow cases werent, only small but still, you could also see feet marks on the balcony glass from previous guests again this was left for the 5 days, all in all the beds and bathroom where clean and comfy, if you are looking to watch some english tv there is no english speaking channels (even though it states international stations) sky news is the best it gets. great bonus is the air con in the rooms and you can control this yourself.
Food was ok plentyful at breakfast and tasty too but it can get quite overcrowed at peak times, they also have a luggage room which is great, they have wi-fi in the lobby you need to get a password for this and it only lasts for 24 hours, i would stay at this hotel again

Just back from week in hotel , very good , very clean , good double glazing. Air con works so well was actually cold one night and had to turn it down.
Nice pool , great location , staff were good and helpful . They have bikes for hire + beachtowels etc.
My wife a cat lover , and found a cat and four kittens living in the grounds (by decking) she bought them some treats. If you see them , give them some titbit as they look a little underfed.

Room Tip: poolside rooms nice view

Spent 9 nights at this hotel in july 2012 and highly recommend it, staff are more than happy to go above and beyond to help. Food was lovely and such a variety that changes every day. Very clean hotel and cleaners make your bed and clean bathroom daily, with fresh towels when needed. I went to the hotel as a young couple and it is just around the corner from the strip and clubs but far enough away for peace and quiet and very close to the beach. so would benefit many ranges of people that go e.g families.
Would deffinatley return!
