We stayed at this apartment for 10 days in February and wished we had stayed longer but it was too expensive to change our flights.
The apartment was bright, clean and very nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and a really good shower. We found the location of the apartment some 5 or so minutes from the beach and less than 10 minutes from the marina to be good, with numerous bars and restaurants to be found between the sea and the apartment. The apartment building was in a quite area away from any bars on a private road and to be a well maintained. There was a Lidl supermarket close by and several others within a 10-minute walk – although with meals out so much cheaper than the UK we made little use of the supermarkets. All that we could have needed was provided from beach towels (that we did not use) to gel for the washing machine. We discovered that from lunch time onwards the balconies were is sun and enjoyed several sunsets sitting outside with drinks (in Mid February!) - guess that in spring and summer this would be a very popular thing to do!
The apartment is about 10 minutes by taxi from Malaga airport and we discovered the local railway station about 10 minutes walk away which took us to Malaga (great city to explore) and Fungerola (which we did not like as much as Benalmadena or Torremolinos) in a clean, modern, train for a ludicrously small price compared with what we pay in the UK.
It had been many years since we were on the Costa del Sol and we were very pleasantly surprised by how it had matured
We have already booked to return in May.
