A must visit place if you are visiting Bermuda. Lots of history to learn about Bermuda at this museum. It took us three hours to complete the tour. The tickets are good for one day. We took a break at lunch & go out to have lunch at the Frog & Onion pub just outside the gate, then came back again to finish the tour. There’s also a Dolphin Quest inside the property to observe.

Well worth spending some time indoors at this lovely museum. Perfectly situated and easy walk or trolley ride from the ships. Museum is very user friendly and doesn't overwhelm in any sense

ton of relics from bermuda, all sorts of cannon barrels scattered around the grounds, very interesting to see how they lived.

This is a huge fort that houses not only the National musuem, but also the Dolphin Quest, where people have the opportunity to swim with dolphins. The museum is housed primarily in the commissioners house, at the top of the hill. There is a ton of information there, but found the most interesting things on the 1st and 2nd floors. The third floor you can take a quick breeze around, but certainly not as informative. Lots of information about slavery in Bermuda. One other must see in this building is the Mural. It is fantastic, and while it would be even more interesting if you knew the history of Bermuda, you can kind of get a good idea of events by looking at this piece of art. We were rather tired after the Commodore's House, but took a peek around the buildings that housed boats and artifacts from boats lost at sea. It looked good, but we just timed out. We probably were there around 2- 21/2 hours.
