All reviews blue bonnet front desk overlooking the lake bluebonnet cafe texas hill country pool and hot tub horseshoe bay restaurants within walking distance the breakfast area room was clean and comfortable nice breakfast waffles pool area first floor i highly recommend this hotel great place to stay staff was very friendly and helpful

One of the best overall hotel experiences anywhere. This place always exceeds in customer service. I have stayed there many times and I have never been disappointed. Staff is excellent !! Always !!! Hotel is always fresh and clean. Very pleasant experience.

This hotel is right on the lake. From the back patio beside the swimming pool, you can watch the boats on the lake.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold items.
The best part was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Each one made us feel like they were happy we were there.
We highly recommend Hampton Inn in Marble Falls.

Not a good place to stay, location is good by the river, but the staff and the hotel is not acceptable! Crickets everywhere and the "free breakfast" is below average. I will never go back to this hotel and do not recommend anyone to stay there.

Please allow me to apologize for the inconveniences you encountered while a guest in the hotel. I was quite surprised to read your comment this morning since I have a voice mail from you, made before your arrival, that Cathy was an absolute joy and very helpful each time you spoke to her on several different occasions leading up to your arrival.

Early check ins and late check outs are given high priority but are based on availability. You are correct. There were few cars in the parking lot or guests in the hotel when you attempted to check in on Sunday at 1:30pm. We were sold out on Saturday night and noon is check out. It is not possible to get every room clean in 3 hours or less. While there were a few rooms ready when you arrived, it was not the room you requested Cathy choose for you so that you would be certain to have a great view of the lake. Cathy offered an alternative but you wanted to wait till the room she chose for you was ready. Unfortunately, that was not till 2:40pm. Check in time is 3pm but we will always allow our guests to check in early if at all possible. It serves us no purpose to keep our valued guests, such as yourself, waiting.

Your request for a late check out at 2pm could not be approved immediately due to the high number of arrivals. After checking with a guest that had pre-selected your room number for his arrival that day, Cathy was able to make some changes and allow a 2pm check out. I believe there was a communication issue because records show that you checked out at 12:20pm.

Please allow me to apologize for the infestation of crickets that descended upon us last week. I assure you we do everything within our power to control these creatures. Unfortunately this is a semi-annual occurrence and our close proximity to the lake in addition to the number of security lights at the hotel and neighboring businesses only add to the issue. We have a very pro-active professional pest control company that pre-treats before the arrival and many times during the season. While crickets are quite harmless and not known to carry diseases, they are an unsightly nuisance.

We actually perform cricket sweeps throughout the hotel, the guest rooms, and hotel grounds several times per day. This must be done routinely since it is impossible to keep them from entering the hotel. Either by guest entering or exiting the building, the smallest of crevices, through the ac units, or any guest room window inadvertently left open by a current guest.

Again, I do apologize for the circumstances surrounding your stay and hope this offers an explanation of the seasonal cricket occurrence and issues concerning your arrival and departure.

Staff if always friendly. Scenic restaurants next door, view from pool is fabulous. Just a great place to stay. Centrally located, right on the lake, close to everything. You can walk to the boat launch, to the library, to the quaint downtown area.

Per my experience as with most if not all Hilton properties the staff here revery friendly and very customer service oriented. Very nice restaurant next door the River City Grille (not the Chili's). Lakeside has great views of the lake. Location is near Main Street shops and more cafes and restaurants.
