There seems to be an over-abundance of restaurants along Loop 281 so we were lucky to have found this one. The service was warm, welcoming, and efficient from the moment we walked in the door. So many restaurants in such a small area are all competing to provide good food and service and Papacita's succeeds. The beef fajita nachos were excellent with lots of perfectly grilled and well seasoned meat. They were substantial enough to be a meal, especially when paired with a refreshing frozen margarita. The sour cream chicken enchiladas were delicious as well. We will be definitely be back!
